The hotel is nice, staff are very friendly and helpful and the restaurant view is really nice

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ayung Resort. The location is very beautiful, but remote. It took us over an hour to drive from the resort to Ubud, which is possibly unusual. The food at the resort restaurant was also a highlight.

My favourite hotel in Ubud. Amazing place. Fantastic staff, good service, delicious food. If I come to Bali again, I have decided to stay there again.

It has been an incredibly distressing and inhumane experience. Despite a doctor's certification stating that my child was unfit to continue our vacation, the company has failed to refund our money. Adding to the frustration is the fact that the doctor who provided the certification was arranged by the same company. This lack of accountability and compassion is deeply troubling. Not only have we had to deal with the disappointment of cutting our vacation short due to unforeseen circumstances, but we've also encountered a complete disregard for our well-being and rights as customers. It's profoundly disappointing to have trusted in a service only to be met with such negligence and disregard.

The villa location is outstanding completely in the jungle. The room service was a bit disappointing as the orders I think they placed on the notebooks instead of the computers. It causes a lot of confusion. The employees serving there are nice though.

There was no hairdryer and too less plugs in our room. However, everything else was great and the service was along the best, we've ever experienced:)

Absolutely incredible stay! Fantastic staff - especially at the restaurant recommending dishes for us etc, room service was incredible and well priced, pool was beautiful with great views. Don’t listen to people complaining about the location, no it’s not in the centre of Ubud, but how would it be and be in a wonderful setting in the jungle too? 10/10 would recommend, even as five star hotels go this is very up there. (They gave us a free room upgrade too). Wild monkeys can be seen too but don’t take over the resort, deer on site, they buggy you from the restaurant to your room, free afternoon tea and activities also on daily!

Very secluded and not easy to reach but you will feel completely disconnected from the outside world. Amazing view from the restaurant overlooking the jungle and the river
