Stayed 3 nights in family suite! Fantastic place with great ambience! All the Staff's customer service skills were exceptional! Breakfast was beyond 5 star! Love Morning Glory set!! Major Love for bedtime stories given every evening. Such personal touch. Awesome spa treatment! However, quite a walk to ubud centre, about 20 mins with young kids. Kindly take grab or gojek to town, too much traffic to walk with kids.

This is a lovely little resort (relatively) close to the action in Ubud. The staff are warm and friendly towards our little three-year old. They have a nice little pool and kiddy pool, which is perfect for small children. The food is good and drinks well-prepared. It's a little quiet in the evening, but there are plenty of other bars and restaurants a stone's throw away. It's around a 20-minute walk (albeit a perilous one through the busy, pot-holed roads) into town. The toilets are of the outdoor variety, so prepared to make some new friends when you attend to your ablutions.

The hotel looked good… lush green inside. We were a family with 2 young kids. The location of the hotel is not great for families with kids. It’s on a hill and it’s really difficult to get out and walk to the centre. You definitely need a car. If you would like to stay within walkable distance to ubud centre… don’t choose this. Also the hotel has minor service issues.. they gave one bottle of water per day for a family of 4… bathroom lock wasn’t working.. AC wasn’t good. Very weird but irritating issues for what it cost us per night.

We had a fantastic stay here for 4 nights, we had booked a family suite which was unavailable upon arrival, so we were put up in a duplux room for the first night, which was still beautiful but a a little inconvenient. The staff were incredibly attentive and were so thoughtful to decorate the family suite with balloons and such for my husband’s birthday, even singing to him with a birthday pancake in the morning! We loved the pool area and my 3 year old loved the shallow kids pool!!! It always had a peaceful vibe and the foliage was stunning, it felt like a tropical oasis! The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities were great!!! We used a hotel transfer and I Made was more than helpful, chatting away to our intrigued 8 year old. I would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! The spa was also beautiful, I received a complimentary massage and booked in for a longer massage at the end of our stay! Breakfast was good enough and a fab little coffee shop next door was ideal!

A very tropical hotel set slightly off the main hustle and bustle of ubud. For safety due to the steep hill to the hotel we hired taxis as the traffic is very busy. Within the hotel, the rooms are well serviced and clean. Our bathroom was external but private, took a but of adjusting to. Couldve done with some Wardrobes in the room to hang clothes rather than wardrobes in the bathroom outside. I kept my clothes in the case inside as was worried about insects etc if hung outside. The pool was very nice and cooling against heat and humidity. Daily breakfasts, very pleasant, although staff could not follow english very well and we didnt quite get what we ordered! in all a very decent hotel, would probably stay again.
