They gave me a very bad room first with a very dirty bathroom & old bathtub and a mattress that was already so old it wasn’t even straight anymore. At check in they first told me they were offering me a free upgrade but they actually gave me the room probably no one else wanted. This room looked not at all like the picture of the room I booked so I immediately complained and said i didn’t want to sleep there. I then got changed to another room more similar to the picture on the website which was much newer and better. The cleaning was not 100% dust and dirt in all corners would stay there throughout my stay eventhough cleaners came every day but it was acceptable and the bed was very comfy. The reception staff was welcoming and friendly also.

Good service attitude. Close to harbour. Clean and big rooms.

The hotel is very beautiful and well maintained. It’s a really great stay if you want to stay around Depansar.

Great hotel next to sanur and in a good location. Very cool and the hotel has everything you need. Some things could be modernized and the service more efficient but overall great value for money and good service. We’ll be back

The food is tasty. Compared with other hotels, the room is cleaner and bigger.

As usual, excellent stay! Nice pool, well maintained, excellent breakfast. Special thanks for the FO Manager who assisted us with care, even though they is a changes in the hotel regulation, we are still facilitated to bring our special family member.

overall value for money, only thing is there is no hairdryer in the room

My room was upgraded and it was so big with separate dinning table and working table, and yes sofa and big screen tv. Love it

Almost is fine but i booked with a superior room and request a kingsize bed and check in late and still they gave us a twin bed. When i told them about my request before they gave us the kingsize bed but the AC isnt cool isnt working well and ended with a twin bed. They have a good pool even though its look small and long but its quite deep. Its true theres a mosquito especialy if morning.

Stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights. The hotel room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is remote outside of the tourist spots like Sanur and you will need to travel around 20 minutes to be in Sanur for restaurants etc.

We've got a better room that we booked because in the room we booked was an additional door in the wall between two rooms, and was very noisy because of neighbors. But thanks to the staff they fixed it by changing our room. Good clear huge pool. Coffee machine on the breakfast

Great place to stay ! Value for money !!! Very good restaurant in this hotel !

Smooth check in. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Nice and peaceful environment. Location is not the most convenient one but we stayed there because it’s near to Sanur Harbour as we needed to take the ferry to Nusa Penida the next day. Breakfast is ok though not fantastic. Overall good!
