My room was upgraded and it was so big with separate dinning table and working table, and yes sofa and big screen tv. Love it

Almost is fine but i booked with a superior room and request a kingsize bed and check in late and still they gave us a twin bed. When i told them about my request before they gave us the kingsize bed but the AC isnt cool isnt working well and ended with a twin bed. They have a good pool even though its look small and long but its quite deep. Its true theres a mosquito especialy if morning.

Stayed in a deluxe room for 3 nights. The hotel room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good. Hotel location is remote outside of the tourist spots like Sanur and you will need to travel around 20 minutes to be in Sanur for restaurants etc.

We've got a better room that we booked because in the room we booked was an additional door in the wall between two rooms, and was very noisy because of neighbors. But thanks to the staff they fixed it by changing our room. Good clear huge pool. Coffee machine on the breakfast

Smooth check in. Room is clean and spacious. Bed is comfortable. Nice and peaceful environment. Location is not the most convenient one but we stayed there because it’s near to Sanur Harbour as we needed to take the ferry to Nusa Penida the next day. Breakfast is ok though not fantastic. Overall good!

Nice hotel with good price and clean. Beautiful decoration around and excellent service from the staff especially Thanks to Mbok Yuli/ Yulia, she so friendly and beautiful smile which make me feel easy to communicate with and get the information about bali and closest place to visit. Definitely recommended👍

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel boasts a huge, lush garden and a large, refreshing pool. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Really good hotel. Very friendly helpful and positive hotel staff. 10 Min drive to Sanur beach. Big pool, very nice garden. Recommended!

Terrible service. Asked the service people if they can bring towels for us when we were in the pool in the evening on our first day, but he was like no, you need to go get it from restaurant. Avoid. When we came they said they upgraded our room when we entered the room, it was dirty in bathroom, hairs on the floor, and rubbish from other guests. Apparently there was some construction or modification going on in the neighbour room and they moved people from there to our original room and they gave the other room to us even without cleaning the room. Just run!!! Avoid from this hotel. Breakfast they have wide variety but they are tasteless, juices have no flavor because they add water to their juice and since they don’t put them in fridge, they use ice to cool them down but ice melts and makes it watery. Fruits are also tasteless, no option for lactose intolerant guests. We reception never answered in the evenings yet they have “24 hours service”. We had to skip our breakfast for 3 days because we leave for tours early in the morning, other hotels pack your breakfast if you leave before.
