Things that can be improved: - The apartment design; the bedroom doesn’t have any access to sunlight at all, no window. It’s very HUMID. My husband sneezed all day due to humidity or dust allergies, or both. My toddler either threw up or wet the bed due to the weirdly cold temperature and no sunlight inside the bedroom. I asked for a different unit but the occupancy was full. - The TV channels! They only provided local (analog) channels and the display was soooo bad. I complained about this and then the staff made an effort of providing antenna but it didn’t really help out. I couldn’t even watch Netflix because the TV was so old. The display could hurt your sight. - Our fridge smelled like beer and we couldn’t get rid of it. After I complained for the second time, they finally replaced the fridge. - No landline in the room that could connect us to the front office. I even had to ask for WA number that I could contact if I needed anything because it’s impossible for us to go down to the first floor every time we need something. Even worse, sometimes there’s no staff standby in the front office. It’s very confusing. - The WiFi. The connection was even poorer in the bedroom. - The shower and the sink. The hot water was not even hot most of the times. The water pressure was also weak. The staff explained that maybe it was due to many guests using the hot water at the same time. The next day, the water temperature problem was solved, but the water pressure was still very low that it’s difficult to wash your body properly. Something I learned throughout our 3-night stay was that if the shower’s pressure was okay, the temperature was barely warm, and vice versa. - The mirror in our apartment was only in the bathroom and it wasn’t even full-body size. - The bugs. I get it, Bali is a tropical island and mosquitoes are very common here. But the door in our apartment had a gap and couldn’t be closed properly so mosquitoes and other bugs could come inside. There were also spiders, centipedes, ants. I even bought electric mosquitoes repellent by myself. - The swimming pool was dirty. - Last but not least, the electricity suddenly went off on the last night of our stay. It was midnight and the bedroom was pitch black. This is what happened when you don’t have a window in the bedroom. I was really scared and panicked because I couldn’t see a thing, it took me a while until I could grab my phone and walk outside my apartment, apparently the property’s electricity was off. I didn’t know how to reach out the staff because it was raining so I couldn’t walk out to the front office. I tried to find the hotel’s phone number through Google and there was none. I opened my confirmation email from Ag*d*, there was this hotel’s phone number but when I called, not connected. Thankfully a few minutes later the electricity went back on, but imagine if something bad happened and you couldn’t reach out anyone in this situation?! Things we liked: - The strategic locat
