Amazing and outstanding service from their mobile concierge service. The team is led by Juna and Yanti. IT team , housekeeping team, F&B team . Everyone is just to attentive and friendly. Tasty and delicious buffet spread and ala carte menu. Spa team is so skilful in their massage too. My hubby and I truly enjoyed ourselves so much, we already booked our next stay in March .! Luv Ethan & Rachel (the team knows us as the wifi man!)

It's a great location near the black sand beach and they're providing a shuttle for you everywhere but our room they turned a villa into a three bedroom shared space so our room was on the same balcony as another couple with little privacy kind of felt like room sharing and all the doors etc are a little old around the rooms

It was a very relaxing stay in our spacious villa and private pool. The beach has black sand which was a nice treat to see. The restaurant where breakfast is served has a view of the water and beach. The waves would be great for surfers. The spa was amazing! This was a great place to vacation if you want to stay somewhere and just relax. There is not much near by, but they can get a driver to bring you on trips around the island.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in a one bedroom villa. We were assigned a 4 bedroom villa which was a very big compound. As were were only using 1 bedroom, the other 3 rooms were locked up. Everything was very clean and every morning a whole team would come for the housekeeping (groundskeeper, pool cleaner, etc). There was a separate kitchen/dining/living room which had a tv, tall fridge, stove top, hot/cold water dispenser and kitchen utensils. During the day with the fan on it was nice and airy. The pool was quite big and very clean. There was greenery everywhere and it's very quiet so you feel rather peaceful. Air conditioner was only in the bedroom and it was comfortably cold. There's also a mini fridge and tv in the bedroom. Besides local channels (which usually lost signal) there's also Youtube or you can log in to your Prime or Netflix. Wifi signal is fantastic as I think it's a dedicated signal for each villa. Bathroom had a tub and toiletries were provided in heavy stone jars instead of those small bottles that you usually get in hotels. Which was nice but they didn't replenish the conditioner which ran out a day before we checked out. Not a major thing but perhaps something that could be improved. Loved the toiletries fragrance though. One thing we really appreciated is that we could smoke in the open areas of our villa, an ashtray was provided upon request for us to smoke by the pool. Contact with the front desk is through WhatsApp. Any request you have they will attend to promptly. They do provide a shuttle service if you want to go anywhere within the premise. They will even bring you to the 24-hr convenience store which is not that near and will wait for you while you shop for your snacks and drinks. Our villa #15 was not too far from their one and only restaurant which is beach side (fantastic view) so we would just walk there. Breakfast was ok. Room service was good but limited menu. Their restaurant has themed nights on Tuesdays (Bali dance), Thursdays (live acoustic) and Saturdays (not sure what's on). We had dinner there on a Tuesday. Dine in menu had so much more choices. We tried the grilled seafood platter that tasted delicious. Other than the restaurant there's nothing else in the immediate vicinity. I think you can arrange for spas, transport and activities but we didn't try for any of that. It's about an hour's journey from the airport. Check in and check out were a breeze. Throughout our stay the staff there was so wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Even before our arrival they were very prompt in answering my email queries. We will definitely do a return visit.

Had a lovely time at the villa albeit it was a short stay. Quite far from shops but nearby ubud. We enjoyed the breakfast with the beautiful view of the sea and waves. The service from the staff members were exceptional!

Very good service. Provided us with easy and quick communication through WhatsApp. Villa was spacious. Walking distance to the beautiful beach from the villas. Very nice and calm ambience.

Resort has chill laid back vibes which is what we wanted. You can request a buggy to send you around to the restaurant or lobby or spa. Staff were very attentive and sheets were clean. Private pool was big and great for chilling around. The included breakfast could have more variety and the location is not near town or shops. Rather it is for those who want to walk along beaches and escape the crowds. The waves are strong and good for surfers. The villa, garden and pool were big and clean.

We had a lovely stay from the 11th to 14th October. The villa is clean, very well maintained and the service is impeccable. The private pool is of very good size and is set amidst a manicured private garden. The staff listened and attended to all our requests. Buggy and car is available to transport us to the the restaurant just beside the beach or to the neighbourhood to buy some provisions. The restaurant serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant staff are professional, polite and absolutely amazing with their smiles. Dressed in traditional costumes especially on Thursdays, the look is impeccable. Will certainly return to Desa Pramana Swan when we return to Bali.

Быстро заселили, предложили приветственные напитки , повысили категорию номера бесплатно Номер на 2 этаже с видом на море , все чисто , красиво, внизу бассейн и много зелени и цветов. До моря минут 5-7 , но в любое время отвезет Buggy car по запросу. Песок черный блестящий, волны огромные - очень красиво и необычно На берегу прекрасный ресторан с вкусной едой и прекрасным видом. На все просьбы и пожелания реагируют моментально через ватсап. На следующий день нам предоставили бесплатный трансфер до Сафари парка и по запросу завезли в большой супермаркет, мы закупили там морковки кормить животных в зоопарке.

Тихая прекрасная вилла, в восторге от бассейна, правда после 2-х часов дня не было солнца (тень от домов), но это не проблема. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Уборка производилась. Большая и удобная кровать. Вкусное вино в мини-баре, правда дорогое. Чёрный красивый пляж рядом. Зверюшки вокруг, геккончики само-собой, жабки, жуки носороги, птицы и т.д. Зелень цветущая на территории виллы. Кухня функционировала. Из минусов - мне несколько дней подряд писали с вопросом, можно ли днём произвести установку кондиционера на кухне/в гостиной, на что я отвечала отказом. Как-то странно, на мой взгляд, производить какие-либо строительные работы во время пребывания гостя. (Только если эти работы не требовались самому гостю, например, когда что-то вышло из строя. Мне кондиционер в той комнате был не нужен, это не моя инициатива.)

Хороший отель с высоким сервисом. Рядом море и черный пляж. Магазинов рядом почти нет.

Один из лучших отелей, в которых мне посчастливилось побывать! Великолепно! Не каждая 5* может похвастаться таким отличным сервисом. Персонал очень обходительный, вежливый и заботливый! Чистота на вилле, приятный запах, идеальное белье, уборка - плюсы можно перечислять долго! Есть абсолютно все для проживания, начиная с кухни и заканчивая халатами. Красивая территория в отеле в целом и конкретно на вилле! Заказывали плавучий завтрак - очень романтично и вкусно. В ресторане тоже огромный выбор сытных, вкусных, красиво оформленных блюд! Спасибо огромное! Все, как в сказке!
