Aeera Villa Canggu by Ini VIE Hospitality recensioner

Watch out! Photos are old, as is the place itself! Booked a couple nights but didn’t even stay more than a couple of hours. Place is rundown and in bad condition, especially the pool area and common rooms. There’s a really bad smell next the pool and the upstairs sitting area and most of the sunbeds are broken and full of mold. There’s a huge hole in the door so expect a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Shower head is full of bacteria. Rust and dirt in kitchen is next level. Time and choice of breakfast needs to be decided a day before. Glad we did not stay here for more than a couple of hours.

The lighting in room is kinda weird, hard for who wants to make up. Minor leaking in bathroom, pool under maintenance, poor sound proofing. Overall is still fine, convenient location, affordable price and breakfast included. They do provide spa with extra charges but didn’t get a chance to try it.

I was disappointed by this hotel. When you enter inside it seems really nice, as there is a small pool and lots of beautiful plants. But when I entered my villa I was upset. It wasn’t comfy. It looked a bit old and very dirty. During all my stay I had to call staff and point to issues so they fix them. I saw hairs on the floor in the bathroom on the first day. Then the air conditioner worked not well. Or birds pood in the pool, but the cleaning staff didn’t notice that. So, I was a bit stressed, while staying there. As for plus, the staff reacted fast, I liked that there was a speaker in the room and enjoyed breakfasts with rice terrace view.

We got there and there is no much around the place. They have a small communal pool, but our villa had a private pool (although full of chlorine granules that burned my partner skin). It’s 18min by motorbike or 35 min walking if you wanna go to a beach club. They have no restaurant and no cocktails, beers or even soft drinks in the property, but the staff suggested us to order food from grab). We actually left the property a day earlier, but they have a non-refund policy. Also, we paid almost AUD400 for 2 nights, so, considering what you can get in Bali for a lot cheaper, it was very disappointing. We also asked for the breakfast to be served at 7:30am but that only got in our room 7:50, luckily we didn’t have any flight or a day tour booked for that day.  We have never wrote a bad review, but this place can only be good for a very specific kind of person.

They are very nice and accommodating. The room is very clean.

Basic facilities however very good location in front of a beautiful paddy field and staff are extremely helpful and nice. However, room may be a bit noisy with sounds from the fridge, aircon etc

Such a lovely place! Good breakfast, clean rooms, almost private swimming pool and garden, friendly staff!

Absolute delight of a stay.. even better than some of the known hotels at a lower price.. totally bang for your bucks.. room was spacious and gorgeous.. still looks new and clean.. air conditioner was operating all nice and cold.. got working hot shower.. have all the amenities you need.. only complaint to be found is breakfast taste is not bad but could be improved.. other than that it was a top stay

Amazing hospitality, very helpful staff. Made our whole trip very enjoyable. Definitely recommended to anybody who wants to look for a place to stay in canggu. Thank you for making our stay a lovely one.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful week-long honeymoon at Aeera Villa. The villa was impeccably clean, and we particularly loved indulging in our private pool and unwinding in the bathtub by the poolside—a scene worthy of Instagram. The staff at Aeera Villa were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We were touched by their thoughtful gestures, such as folding our towels into swans and elephants, accompanied by sweet messages left on our bed on different nights. It was absolutely adorable! And let's not forget the amazing breakfasts served in the kitchen with a stunning view of the picturesque padi field—it was unforgettable! We're already planning our return trip. Thank you, Aeera Villa, for the wonderful experience!

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at Aeera Villa in Canggu. The welcoming staff, especially Intan, made us feel at home right away. Intan recommended we try the hotel's signature floating breakfast, and we're so glad we took her advice. The villa has a lovely design that is absolutely Instagram-worthy, with a beautiful pool area that was the perfect spot to relax after exploring. At night, we enjoyed winding down by going for a dip in the pool before curling up to watch a movie on Netflix via the big smart TV provided in our room. All the necessary amenities were provided, from fast WiFi to a Bluetooth speaker (Alexa) . Each morning we looked forward to the delicious, breakfast delivered before starting our day. It was nice coming back in the evenings to the comfortable, stylish bedrooms. At an affordable rate and with such beautiful, photogenic decor and excellent service, Aeera Villa was great value as our home base for a few days in Canggu. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort into the property and guest experience. I'd highly recommend this insta-worthy villa, and a special thanks to Intan for making our stay so memorable.
