We picked the site because it is proximate to a diving class center (within walking distance). The two storey Villa is nice. Good breakfast, chef makes to order. Free shuttle to shopping area and breach. Receptionists are nice and helpful. Villa is clean but the furniture, amenities inside is old. With kitchen, which can't cook. (idle for long) Air con new (in bedrooms only). There are traces of water leakage along walls and lines. Certain broken outdoor blinds and curtains.

The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay truly enjoyable. The villa itself is excellent and provides a safe environment. Highly recommended!

The bedsheets and pillowcases are dirty, yellowed, and have stains. The water pressure is extremely low; when the tap is turned on, the water flows for only 3-4 seconds before stopping, then resumes after 15-30 seconds. There's a large puddle of water in the living room caused by a leak, and the villa is infested with mosquitoes and flies.

Far away from everywhere, cannot home after dark as the entrance away from main road and dark not enough light , wild dog barking you and chasing you and dog poo in road to entrance if dark u get that **** in u shoes. No phone at room used WApp to communicate or go to office. Mattress protection need to be washed if dirty as found have freshly blood stain.

The location is not very convenient Need transport to go anywhere. Limited facilities except the small pool in your own villa . Don’t go during the rainy season Breakfast is ok. Not many choices Simple and easy

我最近入住了這家酒店，對各項設施和服務有一些真實的體驗，具體如下： 酒店整體衞生狀況令人失望。房間內許多地方都顯得臟亂不堪，許多設備已經生銹。毛巾和床品上都有明顯的污漬，給人一種不潔的感覺。更令人擔憂的是，我們到達時，泳池和空調都非常臟，影響了入住體驗。 酒店的環境也存在不少問題。位於一、二層的房間中，衹有一半的窗户安裝了，另一半則缺失。雖然安裝了蚊帳，但這些蚊帳早已磨損、破洞頻出，導致房間內經常能看到各種昆蟲。此外，客廳缺乏空調，使得房間悶熱、蟲害問題嚴重，嚴重影響了居住舒適度。 在服務方面，酒店表現較為出色。工作人員態度友好、熱情，並且樂於提供幫助，讓人感到温暖和受歡迎。 設施上存在一些老化問題。衞生間和廚房中的設備已經出現銹跡，整體看起來比較陳舊。另外，客廳同樣缺乏空調，這在炎熱的天氣裏尤為不便。 總體來説，酒店在服務方面有亮點，但在衞生、環境和部分設施上還有很大的提升空間。希望酒店管理方能儘快改善這些問題，為客人提供更加舒適和衞生的入住環境。

半夜坐車過來的時候有點嚇人，但早晨起來發現周圍的環境簡直美爆了！owner也是一個很有腔調的大爺，藝術氣息滿滿，名副其實的藝術別墅

Отдыхали в двухэтажной вилле Damina 13 дней. Отличные кровати, на каждом этаже свой санузел, большая кухня гостиная и свой личный бассейн. Каждый день возит шатл на пляж или тц в 10 утра и 14 ч дня бесплатно, также каждый день пополняют воду, чай и кофе по запросу. Уборка также по запросу, как и смена полотенец. Вилла отлично подходит для проживания, если не обращать внимание на старую сантехнику и кое-где следы от кондиционера на стенах. Наш самолёт прилетел ночью и несмотря на то, что ресепшен ночью не работает, нас встретили и сразу поселили и помогали по любым вопросам. Пляж в 15 минутах ходьбы, также в 10 минутах отличный продуктовый магазин и по этой же дороге очень вкусное кафе. Очень тихо вокруг, что важно и не было живности.
