Had an excellent stay at Samsara Ubud hotel. The room were clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the location was perfect. Loved the delicious breakfast and the well-maintained amenities. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Special mention must go to Musgi and Tari and the whole Samsara Team, who went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. Their warm smiles, genuine care, and impeccable attention to detail made us feel truly cherished. From assisting with our personalized requests to offering thoughtful recommendations, they exemplified the highest standards of hospitality. Every service in Samsaea exemplifies personal touch and my family was well taken care of throughout my stay in Samsara. Definitely wil return again to Samsara in the future. Rooms are clean, pool are warm, beds are super comfy, equipped with smart TV (plus points), breakfast are excellent and many more. Thank you Samsara Ubud!

The location is fat away from downtown of Ubud, we suggest hotel can provide more shuttle bus everyday. The food is good, especially breakfast . The staffs are really friendly. The facility is a bit old but environment overall is nice. Recommend to stay few nights.

I felt incredibly special from the moment I stepped into Samsara until check-out. The staff were very helpful, professional, and excellent at their jobs. Despite the rooms being nestled in the middle of the forest, regular pest control ensured that I didn't see a single lizard. Everything was great, and we were very satisfied. Thanks for everything

I spent a total of 3 nights here. it is not necessarily the five star standard that you would expect from other hotels. But the hotel is located in a secluded, quiet area in the middle of the jungle. So you don't notice much of the outside world and it's almost always quiet. So if you like peace and quiet, you can get your money's worth here. The large communal pool is very nice. the rooms are large and relatively well equipped. I think the room is not worth more than the price I paid. I paid €215 per night.

Everyone at Samsara Ubud is extremely friendly and always ready to assist when required which makes it even more enjoyable staying here. The place is really peaceful and tranquil allowing one to escape from the city buzzing life. Really enjoyed the stay and looking forward to return the next time we are in Bali 😊

The place is beautiful and in nature. The people and service is amazing! However, the road to the hotel is rough and bumpy. Suggest to repair the road and to add a shelter at the lobby so that people do not get wet during the rain.

Facilities are great, food was average, our room was immaculate, and slightly heated pool was amazing for us to swim for hours. Only thing inconvenient was location. It was hard to get to and fro city centre. It was hard to find Gojek drivers (Uber for Indonesia) who were willing to drive all the way to our hotel (some even thought our request was a prank...). To Ubud was okay to find, but anywhere further than Ubud city centre, it was extremely hard to find drivers. Other than location, hotel itself was amazing and magical. If you're planning to stay at the hotel mainly, 100% recommended. If your trip is about tours and exploring, probably find a hotel closer to city centres.

Hotel located in a narrow road. Otherwise location was perfect as it is near to the seminyak district where you can find lots of beach club and place to hangout.

酒店在烏布深處，雨林中間，有個小瀑布。獨立私人泳池恆温的適合小朋友。早餐龍蝦加蛋等等都很不錯。午餐和晚餐也可以單點和國內吃飯價格差不多，吃了兩頓，總體很好。

我們訂酒店比較了好久，看到攜程金鑽才定的。實際上連普通的五星級都比不上，服務跟不上，設施差，衞生差，過道一股惡臭味。不知道攜程的金鑽標準是如何制定的,感覺就是被攜程騙了。請問攜程制定的金鑽標準是什麼？

離中心烏布皇宮有一定的距離，在山裡，要經過盤山公路，但公路兩邊都是村莊，有包車會比較方便，酒店會有定時出發去烏布皇宮的車。 服務態度好，第二天很早離開酒店會給你打包早餐，房間帶温水泳池，晚上游會暖暖的
