BEST place to stay in ubud! Great staff and amazing rooms. Balines massage was perfect. BEST ever had. Ayu and Alena BEST recepcionists! Thanks for helping me preparing birthday surprise for my friend. Would recommend It hightly for staying in ubud. 10 min walking from ubud Palace. Nice streets, nice restaurants, shopping...all your need for enjoyable holidays

I booked a luxury room on their site They checked me in a terrible room, no privacy, facing the stairs, whn I asked to change they said hotel was fully booked and all guest are in their rooms atm. Then while waiting to find a solution, a shuttle buss arrived with around 5 or 7 people, who hasn't checked in yet! And they refused to change my room still. Then they said no manager avaialable to talk to. Later we had to take the terrible room because we had no option after arriving from a long trip. Smells mold, noise coming from outside, generator or something, guest upstairs is noisy, you can hear people moving around because of location, we left the hotel and they did t even refund or change room! They are extremely unprofessional and dishonest and not a boutique hotel as they calim to be.

The staff are incredibly lovely and were very accomodating. The room was very big with a good layout and nice design. Balcony also a good size. Comfy bean bags by the pool and a good sized pool that wasnt in use by others much. A little shaded but good to escape the heat for an hour. If you want to be walking distance to central Ubud this is a good choice and great value :)

After dining at your establishment and consuming the fried noodles, I unfortunately suffered from a severe case of food poisoning. Despite informing your staff of my condition, I was disheartened by the repeated questioning regarding my meal consumption, with phrases such as, "But didn't you also eat something else?" This line of inquiry was not only insensitive but also failed to acknowledge the gravity of the situation. Local medical professionals advised me to inform the hotel management of my illness, stating that such communication was customary and essential. I requested direct contact from the management to provide them with necessary information, but regrettably, no such communication occurred. Furthermore, I was shocked to receive the bill for the meal, presented to me the day before my departure, while I was still in a state of extreme discomfort. Despite clearly indicating my dissatisfaction to the management, I was expected to settle the bill immediately. I adhered to local customs by addressing the payment during the check-out process. While I understand that food poisoning incidents can occur, particularly in Bali, the handling of this situation by your management was profoundly disappointing. There was no formal acknowledgment of the issue, nor any form of compensation offered. Upon consultation with local authorities, I have learned that such practices are not uncommon. In conclusion, I urge your establishment to reevaluate its protocols for handling guest grievances, particularly those concerning health and safety. I hope that in the future, incidents such as these will be addressed with the seriousness and professionalism they warrant.

Its a beautiful boutique hotel in Ubud, we have stayed there twice during our stay. The location is great, no noise from the main street, food was really good at the restaurant and I can highly recommend this place.

We had a really calm and wonderful stay at Tetirah Boutique Hotel. It is quiet and nicely a little out of the way of the (now very) busy hubbub of Ubud centre but within easy walking distance or a very short scooter ride - which makes it a perfect location for visiting Ubud and the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly lovely and pleasant. Always attentive but never overbearing. Would highly recommend Tetirah and gladly come back again.

That’s how to descrive hotel Tetira in four words. The people working there are the most sweetest and always there to help. The room was clean and specious, beds good and the bathroom one from a four-star hotel! The pool is clean but some more beds would be welcome. The breakfast had to be ordered a day before wich was sometimes a bit unconvinient. It was fresh though and we could choose from different things. With just a 10-minute walk to the crowded streets it was very well located. If you are searching for a very calm, almost zen-like experience, visit Tetira!

The hotel is vey lovely, well placed, calm and quiet but close to the city and some place very touristy : The palace Ubud, monkey forest, Saraswati temple The personnel is very kind, and serviable I recommended it

Stanza spaziosa e abbastanza pulita. Possibilità di usare la piscina e vengono forniti anche i teli appositi. La colazione è ottima e si sceglie la aera prima dal menù cosa mangiare e l'orario. Una mattina non abbiamo potuto fare la colazione perché partivamo presto e cosi ci hanno preparato una box colazione con pancakes alla banana e frutta fresca. Posizione ottima ler visitare ubud, a circa 15 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Petit hôtel charmant, bien situé (env 10-15 minutes à pied du centre) avec une petite piscine (fraîche) et un accueil adorable et extrêmement souriant. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Chambres coquettes. Dommage que coqs et poules nous réveillent très tôt…

Le Tetirah boutique hôtel de Ubud est un petit hôtel de charme un peu en retrait du centre grouillant de Ubud que l on peut rejoindre à pied en 10 minutes. Le personnel est adorable et serviable. Mention spéciale à Dewik notre serveuse du pdj. Le lieu est reposant entre deux visites . La nuit il y a un peu de bruit en raison des coqs et de la circulation non stop, mais cela est propre aux villes balinaises et il faut juste prévoir les boules quies. Je recommande !

La estancia, aunque corta, fue estupenda. Buena habitación, limpia, buen desayuno y lo mejor de todo, la atención de su personal. Amables, muy profesionales y con interés de que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible. Especialmente recomiendo el masaje balinés. Espectacular!!! Céntrico y cómodo para moverse por Ubud

L'hôtel Tetirah a beaucoup de charme, petite résidence bien décorée et proche du centre-ville (10 min à pieds). Notre chambre avait un balcon et une vue sur la piscine. Tout le personnel est sympathique, souriant et serviable. Super petit déjeuner avec des produits frais. Nous nous sommes régalés. Bon restaurant également avec des prix raisonnables. Seul bémol le bruit, chambres peu insonorisées et beaucoup de bruits dans la rue (circulation à toute heure et aboiements de chiens). Mais comme partout dans le centre de Ubud. Prévoir les boules quies.
