Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach recensioner

I really love the ambience at this hotel. The interior design of the rooms and overall hotel is extremely beautiful with many art pieces and decorative items. The location is perfect at Seminyak beach front. Breakfast was awesome with choices to dine at the main restaurant buffet style or the beachfront SugarSand restaurant for ala-carte food orders. There are activites organised by the hotel to participate. The staff are super service oriented and attend to every request quickly. Staffs takes time to pen down messages of appreciation to guests. Beach towels inclduing carrier basket bags and hats are provided by default in the room. This place is nice to chill and relax at the multiple swimming pools. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from start to finish! The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, efficiently providing everything we needed, from room service and dish clean-up to a shaving kit. We especially appreciated the late check-out, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful pools on our last day. The hotel's design, landscaping, and architecture are stunning, with artistic touches throughout. The daily activities added so much to our stay. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at Hotel Indigo Seminyak (this is our favourite hotel in Bali and we have came here twice). The rooms are amazingly beautiful and the service is unbeatable. There are 2 pools and the hotel is super close to the beach. It was also my family member's birthday and the hotel was kind enough to prepare a birthday cake for us which we really appreciate.

Second time staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly - however I couldn’t get a room in higher floor this time, and it’s in the beginning of the hallway resulting a lot of noise.  The towels were a bit worn and old.  Overall it’s good in value.

Nice design hotel , good location to go nearby convinient shop, famous cafe and mall . Good breakfast with variety choice.

All the hotel staff are extremely enthusiastic and attentive. Their service is 200%, too notch, felt like we are well taken care of care. The hotel urban landscape is great, is very greenery. Everyday, there will be different people cleaning at different corner, they do take their cleanliness seriously. We will come back here again.

This is my second time stayed, the people (front desk, securities staff, restaurant staff, restaurant staff and house keeper) here are very friendly and nice. Good location. Walking to the beach just crossed the road.

My favorite hotel in Seminyak. It’s an oasis of calm. Beautiful design and great location. Spacious rooms and fantastic swimming pool. I have stayed here three times and will definitely stay again.

Big room with walk in wardrobe. You won’t feel sense of oppression even it’s a long stay as it’s really spacious even for the standard room. Room bedding abit old, need to change. But maintenance is well done. Service wise is prompt and efficient. 5 star service I would say. Has some hip cup upon check in and check out. Service recovery was handled well. For price paid, worth it. Has different activities, facilities in hotel for guest. Walking distance to the pool but not shopping. Has a mini mart right outside of resort. Lastly, security is really good here. Definitely safe with highest security and guards everywhere.

Great breakfast at two restaurants! Pleasant service and nice room. The only problem I faced during my stay was whenever I casted my phone screen to the TV, I could see the casting content on other rooms' TV. There is some networking infrastructure issue. For your privacy, try not to cast screen to the hotel TV.

Amazing hotel, amazing staff., great location!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Indigo. The staff was amazing so helpful and courteous!! Location is perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bali. So many things for the kids to do as well. Breakfast was one of the best.
