This hotel is scam terrible who gonna stay this when you get in to the room? I end up not staying there because so scary i ask for refund they don’t get refund anyway the money is nothing but this is not good for people who book this guest house ni in can sleep like this please stop scamming you put photo in this site very nice but actually is like this im gonna send this all over the news thank you !

Good location and walking distance from kuta beach. The staffs are friendly. Will definitely stay again.

Location is great, there are lots of stores, street vendors and restaurants around. The beach is a short walk as well. I arrived at 12:30am and the staff woke up to help me get checked in. Water was hot and room was clean.

Dapat harga 187ribu dengan fasilitas terbaik. Sangat senang menginap di Kutasuci. Bli nya ramah dan lokasi strategis, ngibrit 5 menit sampai ke Pantai Kuta. Berlokasi persis di pinggir jalan dan ramai. Kamar bersih, rapi dan aesthetic. TV, Wifi, dan Air Panas aman. Parkir mobil cukup lah. Soalnya banyak penginapan dalam gang tapi parkir sulit. Sudah hampir seminggu di Bali tapi pindah-pindah homestay untuk nyari yang harga miring tapi berkualitas. Terima kasih Kutasuci. Highly recommended! Next time ke Bali pasti ke Kutasuci.

千萬不要定這家酒店 房間、枕頭都是臭的還沒有窗 這是我看到過最差的酒店了 進去看了一眼我們就走了還不退房費 交涉幾天都沒回復。差差差👎

Horrible for a long stay, you can find the same affordable places with better service. I stayed for 1 week and the staff never offer me a change for towel or even bed sheets. As a local, I never thought I would find this 'local-exclusion' yet here I am reviewing this place, they only greet foreigners though I am not really surprised. NO HOT WATER at all, for a week stay, no hot water for the rest of my stay is just almost not worth 1 star review. WiFi don't reach some areas like my room. Why bother asking about WiFi. This is the first and the last time I visit Kuta Suci :)
