Very good villas. My kid is enjoy with the pool. Staff is friendly.

房間很漂亮，但是蚊子很多，房務人員打掃的時候會點蚊香，但隔天早上如果選擇在房間用早餐，蚊香已經沒有了，就會有很多蚊子。 地點是在小路裡面，很安靜但相對的周圍不熱鬧。

乾淨整潔、泳池乾淨、地點方便

We had a good comfortable stay at s18 bali villas in kuta. We were served very good breakfast. Rooms were pretty clean so was the swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for groups and couples looking to have a great stay in bali.

We were 3 different couples and booked through TA on bookings.com for a week. I had requested that the 3 rooms be close together and was emailed saying request confirmed within 48 hours. Experience around our booking was as expected. We arrived a bit before 2pm check-in time and warmly greeted. We only had to wait 10 minutes before the rooms were ready. We were given a local cocktail while checking in which was a bonus. Our rooms were exactly what we had expected from the photos. While each Villa has it's own pool and breakfast can be delivered to your room, the hotel opposite called Bloo, has a large pool which guests can use and also offer a buffet breakfast each morning for about AUD $5. As the property is very new, some taxi drivers were not familiar with the name but when we showed them the address, they knew exactly where it was. We booked a couple of tours and when having to select the pickup location we could only select Bloo. As the staff work between both places, the drivers were sent to S18 without issue. Each evening, the staff would bring in a small snack for 2 and spray the rooms for mosquitoes. That was a bonus. The air-conditioning in the bedroom was great and the bed was extremely comfortable. We felt like Royals with the bathroom. The huge shower and deep bath in such a lovely setting was very relaxing. Go figure for a bathroom :) Any time we went to reception, the service was exceptional. EVERY staff member we dealt with always greeted us with a smile and did everything they could to help. You can arrange to get a scooter from the Villas for about AUD $10 per day. The scooter is delivered at an agreed time and the paperwork and collection is done at the Villas. As our flight back to Australia didn't depart until 11.45pm, I spoke with reception about a cost for late checkout just for 1 room. The other couples left their stuff in our room and we were able to make the most of our last day. It worked out to be about AUD $50. We didn't have to worry about storing luggage and were able to have showers before our overnight flight back. They also organised our transfer back to the airport for AUD $15. There are many eating options within walking distance to the Villas and 3 minimarts for drinks and snacks. Taxi into Kuta varied alot depending on what time of day we went in. The Villa has a shuttle that will take you there at either 11am or 3pm for free but you need to make your own way back. You also need to let them know if you want the service so they can let the driver know. Would we stay there again? ABSOLUTELY
