S18 Bali Villas recensioner

I stayed for three nights. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The drinking water seemed unsafe — bottles with removable stickers raised concerns. Tap water had a bad smell and wasn’t clean. The bathroom had a musty odor, no ventilation or A/C, and the pool was dirty, full of insects and ants. When I asked, they said they only clean it upon request! We got sick the next day, and the medical team advised that even the tap water wasn’t safe for brushing teeth or ablution. Noise from nearby villas was loud, and the A/C was noisy with a damp smell. That said, when comparing to other hotels in the same area, this one is still the best in terms of design and overall setting. Despite all this, the villa design and decor were beautiful.

Very good villas. My kid is enjoy with the pool. Staff is friendly.

Service was just amazing! Very kind staff and hospitality on higher level. My villa was clean and same as on pictures. Will be back!

GOOD WILSTAY AGAIN

首先入住的時候，晚上的前台特別熱情有禮貌。雖然講解了很多很久的注意和罰款的事項但是也讓人感覺受到尊重。毛巾有黃色污漬但是有立刻更換 環境特別的好 雖然周邊的街道有些破舊 但是走進酒店區域就很舒適 泳池的水換了一晚上也沒換乾淨 這個大家在入住前或許提示能讓他們提前解決 有預約SPA 體驗下來感覺價格相比國內優勢不大 其次按的也沒有國內好 也沒有泰國那種特色

這次消費對攜程很不滿意，預訂時顯示房間有沙發床，最後是一個不足0.6寬的床尾凳……第二天一早空調漏水，全部漏在行李箱裏……行李箱裏的衣服全濕，幸虧裏面沒有貴重物品，衹能抓緊理行李換房……對當天出行時間和心情有很大影響…………之後和攜程的溝通中也感受不到因為顯示訊息錯誤而給我們帶來的歉意和服務……衹能説攜程讓我這次體驗感很差

酒店大堂有塊草坪挺好拍的，總體來説性價比非常低…房間蚊蟲很多就不説了，被子床單有污漬，廁所的毛巾好像沒換還有腳印，泳池有小蟲子和樹葉這些無可避免，因為上面就有樹…設施比較陳舊。這些都忍了，但是最不能忍的是這裏的熱水衹能放浴缸一半的水，放完之後需要再等半小時…那既然如此要浴缸來幹嘛，一個人洗頭洗澡另一個人必須要超快速沖洗才可以，不然又需要浪費時間等。值得誇張的是酒店大堂的草坪可以拍照。。其他沒了

We had a good comfortable stay at s18 bali villas in kuta. We were served very good breakfast. Rooms were pretty clean so was the swimming pool. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended for groups and couples looking to have a great stay in bali.
