Jag var tvungen att flytta mitt rum på grund av ett luftkonditioneringsfel, men efter det bytte personalen rum och flyttade saker när jag flyttade, så jag hade inga besvär. Speciellt interiören är vacker!!. Ankorna i poolen är också söta och mår bra!!

The hotel is well positioned within Canggu, it is close to two beach clubs and many restaurants. The service is wonderful, from organizing transport, giving tour recommendations and general warmth and friendliness of the staff. We felt very well taken care of. Also, the property is very beautiful and they have a restaurant downstairs. Their breakfast options were plenty and simply delicious.

Friendly staffs, however wasn’t a pleasant stay there was a few area of disappointment. 1) staff reuse the charcoal tooth paste from the previous occupant 2) holes in the hotel towel, not sure why they didn’t bothered to change 3) hotel safe was not secured in the cabinet, anyone comes in can take away that metal safe. 4) curtains were dirty 5) stained bedsheet.

The hotel is at the perfect location, bang opposite Finns beach club and near the beach. The rooms were designed in Boho style and very comfortable.

It’s just an overal lovely hotel. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool area is so cute with 3 sharing pools, best part was some parts are shaded and some part of sun with a lot of green around you, the reason I travelled to Bali in the first place. It’s a boutique so not too crowded which I loved. I stayed for 1 night but will definitely be back and try their other room types since they have quite a few different ones and they all look totally different and unique. There was also a super cute goose hanging around the outside areas who absolutely melted my heart, apparently she is the mascotte of the hotel and has been there for ages. Definitely a must try! I am coming back special thanks to White Goose team sampai jumpa!

우선 정말 거위가 살고 있어서 너무 신기했어요 우선 호텔인테리어는 깔끔하고 핀 비치클럽 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았습니다 다만 물에서 녹냄새 나서 좀 힘들었어요 ㅠ

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. Staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and polite … nothing was too much trouble. Food is served next door at Milano and is stunning and good value. Hotel is very conveniently situated opposite Finns Beach Club which has free entry throughout the day, great pools and a lovely sunset view. However, the proximity means that going to bed before midnight is difficult due to the music, but that didn’t bother us.

I rthis hotel are incredible and the staff are to be incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance, which I really appreciated. However, there was noticeable noise during the day due to nearby construction. But overall, we had great experience from this hotel from the customet service to hotel stay. They also have a great food

Upon our arrival at The White Goose, we were instantly made to feel at home. The staff greeted us warmly and escorted us to our room, which felt like a secluded oasis. The pools, expansive deck, and beautifully designed interiors created a perfect setting. We particularly enjoyed a refreshing swim, interacting with Lucy the white goose, and indulging in a delightful breakfast at Milano. The proximity to the beach for witnessing the renowned Canggu sunset is a definite highlight. We highly recommend a stay at The White Goose for a memorable experience. Big spacious clean rooms. Super friendly staff were very helpful with local knowledge. Food and drinks were excellent quality. Close to multiple local neighbourhood hubs for sightseeing, dining, and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

Great little hotel close to beach,Finn’s beach bar with great staff ,cocktails,Italian food and breakfast.Nice beach for swimming and learning to surf plus close to shops and restaurants.Nice plunge pools to swim in at the hotel.Will definitely come back to stay here.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a treat for my birthday and loved my stay. The hotel is right across the road from Finns beach club so music is loud till around midnight. Bed was so comfortable and pools were really relaxing. The staff are all so incredibly nice and even surprised me on my birthday singing with a cake which was so nice as I was travelling alone. The restaurant has some great Italian food if you’re looking for a break away from Indonesian food. Breakfast is amazing too. Small portions but you can choose a few different things off the menu including fruit juices. Would highly recommend!!

I'd recommend this hotel for people who are keen party-goers or enjoy the lively nightlife scene in Canggu due to its proximity to two of Bali's biggest beach / nightclubs. The hotel is great but music and heavy bass can be heard in the rooms until 2am when the clubs close (even with ear plugs in). This wasn't an issue for us as we lived vicariously through others but perhaps not the right hotel for people wanting a beautiful hotel / room in a quieter setting.

We want to give a special thanks to Nelson at the front desk who made our stay very pleasant. He assisted us with changing our rooms after we requested for a larger room the night we checked in. He was also very helpful in notifying us on a lot of cool sights/perks to visit around the area, many of which we ended up going to, as well as organizing transport for us. Regarding the hotel, the staff is very friendly. The rooms are new and clean but the rooms upstairs are quite small and don't have a desk or table to sit at. If you require a bigger room, the rooms on the lower floors have daybeds and desks, which we upgraded to for an additional fee. The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach and Finn's beach club. Housekeeping was very responsive and quick to clean the rooms. However sometimes room amenities weren't restocked depending on the day and unavailable until the day after (i.e. floor towels, toiletries, etc.) The hotel restaurant is an Italian restaurant and the food and drinks are good. Negronis there are a must. However, for staying at the hotel for many nights, the lack of menu selection/variety at Milano may get repetitive. Having Finn's Beach club right there makes it very convenient as an alternative for food options. All in all, looking forward to staying there again when we're in Canggu and seeing the pet goose Lucy again!
