Nice locations with very friendly staffs, Especially Front Desk Gabby and her mates , very polite with warm smiles ~ will some back again because of these lovely people🥰

All hotel staff are amazing, polite and professional. They even help to pack our 6 am breakfast take away. However, We didn't have sea view room so it was facing the back of another building. Location wise is great which is along the beach side, basically walking distance to the beach and surfing schools. Rooftop bar and breakfast is organized but the range of food is not appealing. Room wise is good but furnitures and finishings shows aging. Toilet door doesn't keep shower waters from leaking to the room floor. The infinity pool is kind of small tho. The free laundry is always occupied with only 1 washer and 1 Dryer only. Overall stay is satisfactory.

It is a new hotel, the facilities look brand new and breakfast was delicious. But I feel bad that the massage service only in room, although the staff prepared cloth pad to cover my bed, massage oil still Infiltrate into my bed. Moreover, massage staff played her phone with one hand while massaging, which made me feel unprofessional.

The hotel room is super comfortable, was laid out in a great form and the hotel was enjoyable to stay in, right by the beach and easy to get food and transport

Location is great, near the Beachwalk shopping centre and Kuta beach. Staff are friendly. However, the room we stayed in is not very cleaned, there are stains on bed sheets and a very strong mouldy smell in the room. My partner also got some allergic spots on skin after staying one night.

I really loved the hotel! Very clean plus the staff were nice and accommodating esp Mr. nanda! Near to beach as well and restaurants! Will def come back!

I was meeting friends from the uk for a couple of nights and this was where they had booked for 14 nights. I felt a bit bad for them as there is extremely limited storage. Fine if it’s just as a few days. I feel this was likely more the fault of their travel agent. For me .. it was very comfortable. Rooms are fairly small with unfortunately no views.. just the wall of the building next door. It’s ok as I wasn’t planning on spending a long time in there apart from sleeping. The breakfast was very nice and definitely worth the paying the small amount extra. Afterglow bar and restaurant on the 6th floor has some great views and lots of seating. The pool is adjoining the bar and overlooks Kuta beach. Prices have certainly gone up in Bali since I was a backpacker but in general still cheaper than Australia. Beware of the ++ tax and service charge that is usually always added on. It varies in percentage and can make a reasonable priced drink tip over the top. I think the bar and restaurant was 9% and 10% so it’s a fair bit. But you do have a lovely view.

Breakfast is good. Staff are very friendly.

very good location in bali，close to the sea shore， the sunset there is very good with the infinite swimming pool. i like it.

I booked for king bed get 2 single bed..room got sand at toilet area..

Hotel was great location opposite the beach and 5 min walk to shopping centre. Room smelt a bit damp and was small but had a balcony. Staff were good

Super convenient for me to take surfing lessons. Too bad I spent only my last day in Kuta, so didn't have time to check out the infinity pool and restaurant, or use the washer. Didn't really have sandwiches or any snacks or sandwiches at the 24/7 grab-and-go before my ride to the airport. Will be back next time though!

Had a great time staying here. Location is superb just opposite the beach. Walking distance to the mall. I enjoyed staying here.
