The resort is very nice. All restaurants are good, food are delicious. We feel relax and are stay in the hotel for two whole days and not necessary to go out.

Very friendly hotel staff, location is located in great area with good amenities. Room is spacious with good design and layout. Overall is a fantastic stay and especially thanks to the friendly hotel staff and services.

Truly a dream hotel stay in Bali. We got a complimentary room upgrade from deluxe to a bigger one with plunge pool. The view from our room was truly amazing to wake up to. Sat at the rocking chairs every day to enjoy the tranquil sight that greeted us every morning. Bed was truly comfy and massive - 4 pax could lie on it without touching each other. Pillows were quite firm and not flat. Love the Loccitane amenities and rain shower. The breakfast buffet is a feast for the senses - so much to choose from! Every aspect of the hotel grounds was also tastefully landscaped and peaceful to roam around in. Hotel staff were all genuinely warm and friendly, certainly hope to return again!

Pros : nice room, love the interior details. Bath services to relax in the room, they will set the bathtub for you. 24 hours room service. Very nice garden and pools to relax Cons : very slow check in, need to wait almost 30 mnts even though i came at 15:00pm. Very hot restaurant when i had breakfast

The room was clean, but the edges of the bathroom looked dirty. The bed was huge enough for 3 adults. Overall, quite a pleasant stay I had here!

Very nice hotel with big rooms and warm swimming pools! service on room is good and fast, but in lobby bar and food quite slow( 30 min awaiting) overall service is very nice. the location is nice, but ocean quite dirty. may be it season (end of March), but you cant swim there😅

Great hotel. Had a room overlooking the beach. Really awesome location with great breakfast. Highly recommended. Great pool as well, with great 1 for 1 happy hour. Go for the lychee gin and tonic. Many nearby shops, with free shuttle as well. So, go for it!
