The hotel itself is exceptional. The way it is styled, it is a perfect location for a relaxing break, or possibly a honeymoon. Staff were all excellent, and we made use of the onsite spa’s massage service, which is a must try when staying here. Breakfast was really good quality and very plentiful. The outdoor shower was also a fabulous experience, with it being set amongst a well planted, private, garden, felt like you were showering in the jungle. Only negatives would be that there was no fridge in the room, that is something all 4 star accommodation should have, and the menu was exceptionally limited for lunch. It was the same as the breakfast menu, with just a couple of snack options added. Most guests we saw stayed around the pool enjoying the surroundings and facilities, only buying spring rolls and fries, as that was the only snacks available. If the hotel added maybe just a couple of sandwiches (made on their superb sourdough bread), they would greatly increase their sales. Overall we would definitely both return and recommend this hotel to others, the two minor negatives aside, it’s still fantastic.

Absolutely charm and tranquility!! This place was perfect front he delicious food, beautiful room and fabulous staff!! Walking to several restaurants and beach although weather was bad so water was rough and high tide. Great place to relax and enjoy the calm! Will Definitely be back 💜

The perfect accomodation in Bingin! A unique, quite and beautiful oasis. Very personal and stylish in every detail. The atmoshere and service is amazing. Only 5 rooms and every room is individual with an open air shower and a very comfotable bed. We enjoyed our stay so much.

L'entrée de l'hôtel est ravissante et très accueillante ; elle fait aussi salle à manger et salon. Les tables sont décorées de service à thé/café au style anglais. C’est fleuri et romantique. La petite piscine (plutôt un grand bassin) est agréable pour s'y rafraîchir. La chambre double/vue piscine est bien et confortable. Les petits-déjeuners sont excellents et les confitures maison délicieuses. Une mention spéciale pour le Manager Hari et son personnel qui ont été d’une grande gentillesse au cours de mon séjour. Hari m’a aidé à résoudre un problème de dernière minute (mon vol Denpasar-Singapour annulé sans avoir été prévenu par la Cie LION) et résolu la veille de mon départ. Ce changement d’horaire m’a obligée à quitter l’hôtel à 6h du matin au lieu de 10h. Ne pouvant pas prendre de petit-déjeuner ce matin là, Hari m’a offert mon dîner la veille, le plat étant sur le menu du petit-déjeuner. Quelle charmante attention ! Merci Hari, merci aussi au jeune qui était là ce matin à 6h et qui a résolu un autre problème (mon taxi prévu à 6h annonçait qu’il viendrait à 11h… le jeune homme a appelé le chauffeur pour confirmer l’horaire. En somme, sans leur aide j’aurais perdu tous mes vols vers l’Europe. Un grand merci ! Je recommande cet hôtel. Caresse à la câline chienne Indah !!
