I like this hotel. We stayed at it twice. Comfortable room with big beds, good service, nice territory with pools, very different and tasty breakfast, not far from good beach- everything is wonderful.

Breakfast had a lot of options but all were mediocre. Swimming pools was great. Location is good for relaxing but far from the centre of Bali.

If you're considering a stay at this hotel, it's essential to know that it isn't the latest five-star marvel – but perhaps that's part of its charm. The location, however, is a true gem. Set along a lively street brimming with delightful bistros, cozy bars, and handy supermarkets, it feels like living in the heart of a vibrant community. A leisurely 15-minute walk will lead you to Bali Collection, a delightful marketplace of dining and shopping options, like a colorful carnival waiting to be explored. Our room, located on the ground floor, was just a few steps away from crystal-clear pools that beckoned us to jump right in. There's nothing quite like the morning sun’s embrace as you enjoy breakfast poolside, surrounded by the soothing sounds of splashing water and laughter. Spending Christmas in this hotel was an experience filled with warmth and joy, albeit it was a full house! Breakfast became a bustling event, with throngs of visitors filling every available spot. “Tap, clatter, shuffle!” – the sounds of eager guests navigating through the dining area as the staff worked tirelessly to accommodate everyone. While more tables were added to manage the crowd, it did create a bit of a maze that sometimes felt restricted, but the festive atmosphere overshadowed the minor inconveniences. The most heartwarming moment came from the delightful hotel staff, who surprised us with Christmas stockings overflowing with baked treats and sweets, an unexpected and delightful gesture that made our stay feel truly special. These small touches made the holiday unforgettable, filling our hearts with cheer and warmth. In this hotel, every corner tells a story, and though it may not shine with newness, its spirit and community make it a wonderful place to stay. If you’re looking for a cozy retreat that thrives on genuine hospitality and the magic of the festive season, this hotel might just be the perfect fit for you. I left with a heart full of gratitude and fond memories, reminding me that sometimes the most beautiful experiences come from the simplest places.

It was really a pleasant stay.I booked a deluxe room but was upgraded to premium deluxe room 3102.It was decorated nicely with anniversary wishes and cake.Thank you Courtyard by Marriot.The breakfast pastries especially the Bomboloni was awesome.Definitely will come back again although this is my second time stay in Courtyard.

What a wonderful hotel, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The amenities were excellent, the rooms are kept clean and are comfortable. No slides in the pool area but they had a small lazy river in the sister hotel which the kids enjoyed, they did have a few relaxing bean bag floats in the pool which were good. Downside was that they had an outdoor jacuzzi but it didn’t work well, it was warm but no jets. The pool, beach areas are kept clean and tidy and there were plenty of sun beds. The shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was excellent, and the afternoon snacks by the pool were good too. Prices are a bit on the high side but that was expected.

The hotel is situated at a very convenient location - near the Nusa Dua beach and Bali collection. Able to see the beautiful beach and also shop around the vicinity. Service was also good, staff were polite and were quick to respond to requests. However, there were issues with cleanliness. The bedsheets had stains on them. I had asked for a change the next day. The door handles were not clean as well. The bathroom sink was also clogged. I had to get them to fix it almost every day I was there. The soundproofing of the rooms was also poor. I could hear babies crying in the middle of the night and it was very disruptive for sleeping. Even at the low price point with its convenient location, I would not recommend the hotel if you are looking for a restful relaxing stay.

It shares the same facilities with Marriott. The room is a bit old but the vibe is good!

Good hotel with excellent facilities run at the highest standards. Breakfasts are excellent. Has kids club and good pools. Room was well equipped (we had two double beds). This is a true 5 star experience. Highly recommend. 

Courtyard Bali Nusa Dua by Marriot is easily one of the best resorts I've been to. The resort is huge, with lots of free amenities, like a huge lazy river swimming pool, jacuzzi, and 2 other huge swimming pools. The staff is also super welcoming and offered us free drinks at the lobby bar while waiting for our room to be ready, as it was delayed. That is on top of the welcome drinks! There is also free photography service available within the resort, which is cute! The housekeeping also made an effort to do cute towel sculptures daily. It's so adorable! They also have shuttle buses to the beach club and Bali collection! The only cons are that the pillows were a bit smelly and stunk up the whole room for some reason, and the breakfast buffet spread is big but not delicious. All in all, it's was still an enjoyable stay!

Located in a lovely part of Nusa Dua, this hotel was a perfect stay. The lazy river and the pool bar were great highlights. The rooms were also very spacious and there were lots of activities in the hotel for kids and adults. There is also a distinctively European vibe to the place, a nice experience for a European who lives in other parts of Asia. Behind the hotel, there is a strip of restaurants and places to get quality foot massages.

Breakfast very complete and full of food coming from different cultures. Hotel located very close to the street of restaurants and shops. Hotel facilities well maintained.

Our second time staying at the hotel and we are very satisfied. The staff, the foods & the surrounding are 5 star. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.
