Swan Paradise A Pramana Experience recensioner

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the price was incredibly cheap, I left feeling mixed about my experience. Positives: - nice landscape and pool area - we also enjoyed the cooking class from the hotel - the villa is good for family. First and foremost, We encountered hundreds of bugs in our rooms and large gecko right next to our door at night time. It made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable throughout my stay. The property itself needs a lot of fixing to seal all gaps in all doors and windows. Additionally, the linen provided was not clean. It had stains. The shower had low water pressure. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to cleanliness issues and the lack of attention to detail. I hope they can improve these aspects for future guests.

Overall experience was ok. Bathroom doesn’t smell too pleasant and drainage not in the best condition. Breakfast selection very limited. Children loved the bird sanctuary and 3 x pools in the compound.

Hotel has just beautiful garden and nature.Staff was amazingly helpful and quickly response. Dinner was very tasty. Thanks to staff Agustin she had very helpful my kids loved her😍Breakfast and location was just ok.

Appreciate so much the staff working here. Some minor issues with organizing things but as requested they would try to respond as quickly and as helpful as possible. The restaurant was lovely and I had dinners with sunset views. Sometimes it can take long nut food was nice and prepared with heart. The homemade potato chips won my heart. Breakfast was simple but more than sufficient and tasty. Coffee was good. Many birds in the resort so bird ambience sound is to expect. Swimming pool was great and quiet.

Staff are nice and very welcoming. Location is a bit far from ubud. Close to omma day club and the waterfall nearby.

This resort is absolutely stunning. The grounds are immaculate and make you feel as though you are truly in paradise, packed with statues and flowers that overwhelm the senses. The rooms are comfortable and immaculate - perfect for a retreat from the hustle of Bali or a romantic getaway. The staff are lovely and make you feel valued and welcome each time you pass by or interact with them. The resort itself - is somewhat far from food options and attractions (30 mins to Ubud; 40+ to Denpasar), however, the restaurant serves delicious and reasonably priced meals. Delivery, taxis and motorbikes are quick and available. Some amenities (such as the spa, gym, one of the pools) were undergoing renovation/expansion while I visited. Overall though - amazing value and I would definitely recommend.

It’s a hotel on a hill and it’s surrounded by nature and hills. Really nice experience to relax chill enjoy the fresh air and take in nature at its best.

Отель огромный, много вилл и номеров, что делает территорию несколько запутанной — поискать место с завтраками пришлось. Сами номера нормальные, обычные, но зачастую на изолированных территориях от какой-то активности. Готовьтесь много ходить :)

Много раз была здесь . Огромная территория и сервис 5 ка. Завтраки очень вкусны

Es war wirklich wunderschön. Der Service war super, das essen war lecker und alles war so sauber! Ich würde hier definitiv nochmal hin kommen:)

Супер место. Чистая, огромная территория, несколько бассейнов, внимательный персонал, по территории с багажом провезут на авто. Вкусный завтрак с шикарным видом. Остались максимально довольными!!
