Friendly staffs provide good service Amazing view of mountain Batur and desert, perfect for those who want to stay in a peaceful place. Breakfast is also good.

Nice experience but also comfortable to stay during camp night. The food there is so nice and affordable. Their staff is also very helpful and give us the best service.

Spent 2 nights and get really great experiences. Just fyi the location was pretty far down the alley It's kinda extreme road for those using matic motorbike If you book here, just call a day ahead of your check in time to get shuttle. They provide free shuttle for check in&out only. But the downside if you like to go to up kintamani city/cafee you need to pay 200.000 rupiah for one trip. The room is superb, but it's getting hot on day time cause they only provide fan for onion&potato room. I think they have AC on suites. They dont provide mirror in every room, so it's another job to do the makeup for girls We need to go to sharing shower room for doing the make up. It would be amazing if they provide small mirror in rooms There's lot of flies but it just the nature of kintamani You could ask insect repellent to staaf if you have flies in room.

Nice and relaxing place to stay. Clean and clam with good view. Food served at the restaurant was great. My second time here. Would recommend and dont mind coming again when opportunity permits

We booked the onion pods and a villa and WOULDNT recommend guests to come here. Pros: The view is nice and communal area is cute Cons: Bad sanitation: During breakfast theres tons of bugs and flys around making impossible to eat. The shared bathroom isn’t maintained clean all the tome and constantly runs out shampoo and shower gels. Bad service and maintenance, even at the “fancy villa”: The jacuzzi in the villa runs out hot water. The staff here also weren’t responsible to our requests. We had a driver to pick us up for sunrise and no one responded whatsapp when we asked help to get to the villa (villa is not super walkable to the main area of the lobby) Onion pods NOT recommended either: The onion pods are economic but its hot under sun and cold at night.

This place is a must-visit! The view is amazing, and I absolutely love it! I'll definitely be back, and the staff is so friendly too!

Beautiful hotel overlooking Mount Batur. Swimming pool is stunning and the rooms are good.

The tent is very well managed, along with the high cleanliness of shared shower and toilet. However the downside of the hotel is the bad road condition between the main road to the camping ground (but can request the management to arrange for four wheeled drive pick up) and unable to sleep well at night due to the strong wind blow outside the tent.

I booked Family Suite 1 and Family Suite 2, so we have our own bonfire, living room area, kitchen and dining table with dispenser too, special for this two suites ! A stunning view when you enter this property especially from Suite 1 and Suite 2 point of view. The gorgeous Mt. Batur just in front of your eyes ! The next day, we got a spectacular sunrise moments indeed. Breajfast was okay. Keep it up all team !

Nice place to be with families and friends

It’s one of the best place to have a good chill at the top of kintamani , the road to go down is rough so you have to wait at another restaurant and they have shuttle
