Great place to stay, Service is great! then the Spa hella AMAZING.

모기가 너무 많아 잠을 설쳤고 새소리가 너무 크고 가깝게들려 가끔은 무서웠습니다. 그리고 에어컨이 시원하지 않아서 조금 더웠습니다. 개인 수영장은 상당히 넓고 깊어 좋았으나 꽃과 풀잎등 관리가 되지않아 조금 아쉬웠습니다~ 프라이빗한 느낌을 아주 잘 살린 풀빌라!! 직원들의 서비스 룸 분위기는 너무좋았습니다!!!!

28 villas here so not busy and the staff can’t do enough for you. Our villa ( no 26 ) was very spacious and adequately equipped with everything you need. We had 2 day trips; A ‘hire your own guide’ who took you where you wanted to go but also recommended places of interest, which was very good, and also a day trip to the island of Nusa Penida which was less enjoyable due to 45 minute boat trip each way and especially the unmade, pot holed roads which were certainly not made for purpose, and we seemed to spend most of the time on! It seemed like we had the resort pool to ourselves most days and nice menu at the pool bar, but didn’t really need it after the hearty breakfast that was provided! The spa provided very good services and my favourite was pocket rocket Tini. Massages were cheaper on the street but you could tell the difference in quality. We DID tip when and where we felt it was warranted or deserved, but unsure if this is commonplace. Rain most days but very unpredictable and spectacular at times with the thunder and lightning but at no point did we feel cold with temperatures steady at around 30 degrees every day. Bring one of the villa umbrellas whenever you go out… just in case! Hire a bike for an hour so you can explore the 7kn promenade… only cost £2 each. Be prepared to barter on most things.. they’ll start high, you go in low and come to an agreement somewhere in the middle! All in all, a lovely stay in a resort right in the heart of the town but set back far enough that you wouldn’t know it was there. Well done The Pavillions… it’s been a pleasure.

Well where do I start ? This was a gift from my wife for my 50th Birthday. As you drive down the street it is hard to believe this hidden treasure is tucked away down a bamboo lined lane. As you drive down this is where you meet paradise. From arrival to departure we were treat like royalty, nothing was too much. The Villa is in a private walled garden with private pool, you can lock the outer doors if you dont want to be disturbed, there is a door bell for room service etc. The breakfast each morning was amazing and in abundance, any special requests we had were always fulfilled with a smile. The app is super easy to use. We had lunch at the pool bar one day the food was fantastic, we never had a need to use the main pool as we just used our own, we also had tea in the garden dining area one evening this is a lovely romantic setting and the food was amazing. I also paid for the signature dining experience in our Villa, Wow Wow Wow this was an amazing experience, they spent 2 hours filling the pool with petals etc. I did this as a thank you gift to my wife for flying me away. The spa on site is well worth a visit we went about 6 times over the two weeks we were there, the price is very good the treatments are fantastic, we highly recommend the 90 minute signature massage. Out on the main street there are lots of small bars and restaurants, we really like the 3 monkeys food on the main street is very cheap on good quality. The beach is only a short walk, as you cross the road you can walk through the gardens of the Gazebo resort to get to the Beach, Memories beach are as you come out is very nice the food is good too. The Icon Bali Mall is worth a visit we went a number of times, lots of places to eat at very good prices. The Imax cinema is inside here also worth a visit ensure you upgrade to the premier theatre you wont be disappointed. Lovely quiet resort near beach shops, restaurants and bars. Staff very friendly.We had pool villa which was amazing the water was so warm so we used it lots. We used the spa twice which was fab .The breakfast is delivered to your room which you choose from a variety of options the day before all georgous and plenty of it .We would definitely return

Enjoyed every minute of our stay , from 1st moment we felt welcome , full equipped villas with privacy , quietness and this special feeling you find only in Bali . Next to the New Icon Mall and just a short walk to the coastal and Sanur Beach . Thank you
