all i wanted to say , avoid this fake resort at all cost !! you just wasting your money! the room had so many ants, we requested our room to get clean since in the morning but they didn’t do it till i got back , breakfast juice was just a syrup mix with water , poor standard of breakfast! room had a problem with the curtains, bed sheets dirty asf ! asking for pool towels arrived 3 hrs later , very bad services !

Hi.. I love the location very much because it's been surrounded by nature. When u get up in the morning u can hear the bird chirping.. Having breakfast with the forest view & can get massage spa especially after a whole day ubud tour.The hotel staff is really friendly & helpfull.. Only one particular thing im not happy with the item in hotel room.. No soap, no hairdryer no cap bathrope as mention when I book in the apps.. I need to call reception to get it & when I ask for 1 pillow extra .. The said there's a group of guest coming so we can't but there is few room is no guest..overall every is good...

We extended one more night in a room with balcony. The room was prepared early at 10:00 and we could move after breakfast. We had a balcony room in the third floor with a nice view to the garden, Swimmingpool and the area around with palmtrees. We took a delicious dinner. The stuff was very friendly and served us very well. They fulfilled any wish we ever had. We had a good breakfast and We could check out late at 1pm. Thank you so much for the nice stay. We recommend this hotel as a quiet and nice hotel. Josef & Chuleeporn

房間還不錯，主要是性價比高，酒店服務還不錯，有一箇中文還不錯的小姐姐，衞生比較一般浴缸國人應該都不會想泡的🙂↕️，房間內會有壁虎和螞蟻，但是印尼的酒店應該大都都會有的不可避免，離烏布集市和烏布皇宮很近。

Fasilitas bagus, layanan bagus, makan pagi perlu lebih variasi, penyiapan check in perlu lebih ditingkatkan agar pukul 14:00 , kamar sdh siap. Untuk WIFI di kamar 201 perlu diperbaiki, kabel putus

C’était un séjour catastrophique dans cet hôtel. Pour bien commencer notre séjour ils se sont tromper de chambre c’était une horreur. On a changer 3 fois de chambre elles étaient en manque d’hygiène, draps sales … et j’en passe. Des lézards rentre dans vos chambres et rentre dans vos affaires ! Le personnel est nonchalant, pas très accueillant. Les chambres son pas nettoyer en temps et en heure c’était à nous de leurs dire de nettoyer la chambre. Les petits déjeuner sont pas top non plus… rien est frais mise à part les gaufre. Pour conclure c’était un cauchemar !!!

Не плохой отель, но требующий ремонта. номера не соответствуют действительности ( не было ни чайника ,не тапочек (в ванной комнате пахло сыростью и запахом из туалета..(Территория не плохая 2 бассейна,но тоже уставшие) Сервис хороший тут 5)

Отличный отель с красивой и ухоженной территорией и хорошем кафе.
