Very friendly and helpful personnel especially those working at the restaurants. Fantastic scenery.

Their front desk service was a ZERO, not professional and yes, it was THAT bad - I repeat, REALLY TERRIBLE; I cant imagine how their train their team, one of the worse in Bali. We regret to stay there, sorry.

Excellent customer care. Beautiful architecture and design of hotel. Room requires an update in decoration. Food good overall with plenty of choice. Rooms cleaned daily with clean towels and sheets every day. Staff very friendly and informative. Concerns and worries dealt with promptly.

First time experience to be in this resort rather than the hotels ever stayed. This hotel is quite old but gold. Everything here were just very fine. The staffs are so very nice, the whole service are near perfect! The hotel's room is big enough for us that travelled with infant, the bed is comfort & the bathroom is big enough with separated bathtub & shower. This hotel is tourist's favorite, with direct beach view area, three big resto, a lot of facilities & amusement centers. And mostly European tourists stayed in this hotel rather than locals. The acces to this hotel is also strategic. We were enjoy this hotel overall...

Found cat **** and dirty leftover plates with fungus. No one even called back to apologise. None of the management team came to apologize. Asked if any managers available and answer was it's their holiday on weekend. In the restaurant no one approach the tables. All staff were seen patronizing white guests. fBad taste overall.

Second visit to this beautiful peaceful resort. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Resort is spacious and serves great breakfast options. Located opposite a supermarket, great local food places and amenities nearby. Spa on site is great and will return again.

Hotel itself is excellent. Very traditional. Location is great,as is the private beach Rooms are clean and smell fresh and airy ( no musty / mould smell) staff are so friendly and polite, nothing  is too much trouble.  Breakfast everyday was fabulous huge array of choices, fresh and tasty  and meals at ala carte restaurant were  5 star and reasonably priced. Swimming pool is great but could stay open a little later than 8.00pm! The only thing that would stop us going back was the terrible satellite tv channels . No HBO or movie channels nearly all channels either Indonesian of middle eastern and only had ABC australia and history channel that we could watch.if they fic this would give them 5 stars

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay in the hotel although we had only a day to spend within the resort as most of the time we went for outside day tour. There was a turtle release experience for my daughter who love ❤️ it so much and such a unique experience within the resort as long as you book a day before. The hotel has the traditional balinese ambience & environment which is different from the more modern style hotel.

First thing, their staff is really super friendly, everyone of them are full of smiling faces, not a few, but I think almost everyone I met area friendly, even I requested 3 extra floor towels, because the tiles is slippery when it is wet, they deliver the towel just a few minutes, i wish I can vote 6 stars for them, good job! The design of the hotel is really unique, ancient and Real Balinese Style, it’s abit old but everything is well maintained, if you like this type of design, this will be your choice
