Great hotel. Perfect service, everything you need, food is amazing, beach is very nice. Architecture of hotel is amazing. We even got free photo session.

This is an incredible beach hotel, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff are friendly and professional. The facilities were absolutely amazing—spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Whether it was lounging by the pool, or dining at the restaurant, everything was amazing. The hotel also offered complimentary photoshoot (5 photos and 1 video, you may purchase more by paying extra), the photos are nice and the staff also very friendly. And the view is breathtaking! Waking up to the sight of the ocean. The hotel’s location is perfect for soaking in the natural beauty of the beach and enjoying serene sunsets, also, near Bali Collection for shopping. The only thing that bothered us a bit was the humidity in the hotel room, that’s all. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with outstanding service, luxurious facilities, and stunning views, this is the place to be.

I stayed here 30years ago, it was a pleasant experience then. Coming back after this long time, I still feel this a precious place to be at. Early morning at 6am, I would bring myself up to the hotel’s private white sandy beach with trees….., standing by the beach, dipping my feet into the wet sand, letting the luxurious white waves wake my senses up. The premises are all well taken care of. This time there are 4 of us, 2 couples come together. We were given west garden rooms, close to the beach. The room are spacious, with a living room & walk in closet, toilet, shower, bathtub. Breakfast are superb, many premises to choose from. Such a refreshing stay

Super helpful and friendly staff. They are doing an amazing job.  Very clean. Beautiful facilities. We loved the natural feel of the place and all the wildlife everywhere. 

Great facilities. The kids enjoyed the extra large day bed. Very spacious room. So fun to watch the little squirrels on the trees by the pool. Their Italian restaurant had great food. We actually just came for lunch but loved their food and facilities that we ended up checking out of our other hotel and booked a room in Grand Hyatt immediately after lunch and checked in without a fuss. Would choose this hotel again.

Its a very nice resort for family they have a lot of different pools from kids to adults and different type of restaurants. My fav one is the Japanese tepanyaki restaurant. It was a good experience

Wonderful place for families with children. We liked it a lot.

The resort is located at very convenient location nearby Bali Collection. The hotel also has a good ocean view. Also, the resort has lots variety of restaurants and facilities. However, hotel service and cleanliness need to further improve. Disappointed with their service. Most of the facilities in the hotel also incurred additional charges. There are reviews that can play Pickleball at the Tennis court, but when we checked with the hotel. We are told it’s not allowed.

Stunning location, clean beach, great for families, large and sparkling clean rooms, wonderful service and man! the breakfast buffet you could dream about with such chef’s make dishes, pastries, quality hams and cheeses, salads, delicious bread and menu changed daily. The pool is really nice for kids with a slide, river and cave rocks which is beautiful, jacuzzi and cold plunge are nice addition. The kids club is for kids only who are independent and ready to stay without their parents. Also that is limited for 2hrs per kid plus extra charges apply for some activities. The toddler centre could have more toys and equipment for kids. There is no outdoor playground for kids which could be nice addition. There are nice restaurants in resort although quite expensive. Lounges on the beach and bungalow loungers have to be booked separately with the bar voucher starting from $150 AUD. Buffet dinner with cacak dance ~$90 AUD per person. A lot of extra costs in this resort. Close walking distance to Bali Collection to access some more affordable restaurants and shops. Schedule of daily free activities like it is in other 5star resorts such as yoga, aqua aerobic, learning about Balinese culture etc. would be nice.

We loved lounging on the daybeds, dipping into the hot and cold plunge pools, and taking advantage of the direct poolside service (a lifesaver under the Bali sun!). The proximity to the beach was also a huge plus, offering the best of both worlds. 👏Exceptional Service The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. From warm greetings to swift responses to requests, their attentiveness truly elevated the experience. Minor Drawbacks ⚠️ Toilet Drainage Smell We occasionally noticed a slight odor from the bathroom drainage, which was a bit off-putting. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it’s something the hotel might want to address. 🚿 Inconsistent Shower Temperature The water heat fluctuated a few times during showers, which was inconvenient, though manageable. Final Thoughts Despite these small issues, the Grand Hyatt Bali delivered a fantastic blend of relaxation and luxury. The stunning grounds, top-notch amenities, and outstanding service made it ideal for a couples’ getaway.
