Hilton Bali Resort recensioner

This was one the finest resort we stayed. It’s a huge property with beautiful views and excellent amenities. Staff also very good. Food was good and buffet breakfast was amazing with good Indian food too.

The resort is beautiful and the scenery is amazing. Breakfast is also very good. The only minor issue I encountered was that the gym had water leaking for the roof

It was a memorable trip with my family in Bali Hilton resort. Especially the memories we captured in the beautiful locations of the resort by Dreams Studio Bali, Geraldo and Eka. Thank you and wonderful job by you guys !! when I now see the pictures on my wall, I feel really happy and think that I've taken a good decision to choose you guys to capture our memories!!

Hotel room is very clean. Staff upgraded our room to cliff tower which has sea view. Highly recommended! Good!

This was one of the best places we stayed at in Bali. It is well structured, designed and maintained. The food was good with many options. The location is perfect with very nice pools and pool slide. They also have Camels and can provide you with a riding experience on the beach.

I come every years. And its was amazing have birthday there...

Overall service is really good and friendly, they even provide breakfast box if you are leaving the hotel for your itinerary before the breakfast starts (can request upon check in). Room view is amazing and clean, the only not so nice part is the beach. It is on reconstruction and there is a lot of seaweed so nothing to do if you want to go to the beach for a swim.

Positive: great location , beach front, great breakfast selection, spacious rooms. The kids club staff is always friendly and accommodative. The pool with sand and slights is great for kids. Negative: check in staff always takes long (my second visit). Not as accommodating as others. The biggest let down is the water price. In a supermarket the large bottle is IDR 7,000. In Hilton there is only option for a small glass bottle of Acqua Panna and it costs IDR 95,000. There should be water options! In the menu there are 5 pages for Whiskey options and dedicated a whole page for each gin, vodka, etc. but you cannot order a large bottle of water. We are in Bali after all!

Perfect beach resort with beach access.. Newly renovated and fresh looking room, very clean.

Very good place to relax and easy access to the beach. Very clean and cozy. One minor thing: a bit overprice on the inroom dining, ie: ordered steam rice and normal egg and surprised with the bill 😅

The hotel is nice overall. I have booked the King Deluxe Ocean View room but I do not recommend it because the ocean view is not the best. Take the cliff tower ocean view one if you are seeking a nice view of the ocean. The service is not the best, to be honest. On my check out day, my flight was at night and I gently requested a late checkout. However the staff was rude with me and they refused any negotioation regarding the late check out and all what they wanted was to charge me for the late checkout.

Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast had a wide variety of options.

My second time staying at Hilton Bali, and they never fail to take care of their guests. Absolutely incredible resort.
