Had a very enjoyable stay. Meals were excellent too. The views are incredible. Book spas a day in advance as we did not know this.

Traditional Balinese style hotel with great view and river sound . Matched my expectation and more. Breakfast was great too.

Hotel shower is a bit too weak. Bed is comfy, and staffs are responsive and helpful. Not suitable for those who have difficulty climbing stairs as you required to climb up and down the stairs to your accomodation.suitable for those who nature, the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful

This is an historical hotel with traditional features and spacious bungalows. For older travellers ensure you book a room close to the lobby. The property is on a steep valley setting above a fas flowing creek. Many steps will give you a real leg workout. The site is adjacent to a temple andò the famous Ridge walk. All accessible front the hotel. Has 2 x pools and a cavs style spar setting. Impeded in the jungle a real experience for visitors.

LOVE AND LOVE THIS SPA HOTEL !! Such an amazing staff from check in to checkout . The staff at the restaurant are so wonderful , I wish I could stay longer . Very attentive to everyone, and I enjoy the breakfast and Balinese cocktails that was staff recommended. The spa amazing , the sound of the river , and nature around you as you enjoy and relax . A lot of people from outside came for the spa hot springs ! I enjoy the different pools as well. Walking distance to the main road that connects to many bars, and restaurants that you can choose from. I look forward to coming back again with my family and husband . Only negative thing … maybe not to let people smoke in the lobby and have an outside designated area for smoking people . I didn’t enjoy waiting to checkout and watching a group of Russian light up cigarettes and smoke indoor and didn’t take into account myself and other people. Though the space is design openly , non smokers should not have to put up with smokers. 

Good price point for this classic older style Bali experience. Great breakfast too.

Wonderful resort, clean, quiet, the environment is simply beautiful. I loved my stay here and all was great. I will come back

Great service and beautiful place just in the middle of the nature

Good Different experience Nice Ambient with nature.however Hotel room is running down n it make my nose itchy because of the dust,maybe can do some improvement on that.

We enjoyed our stay here. The only drawback is that the you can hear your neighbors next to you because the door is not very sound proof. Overall stay was good.

Very nice hotel located near by the Campuhan Ridge walk. Very friendly staff provided us a great service.

The best location and nice spa

Room was truly huge for bangkok area. The deco is a bit old and I guess with tiny modifications it will become perfect. Breakfast was so so not too say less. I asked for a massage and the hotel found me the right, serious and professional service in my bedroom . A special thanks to the receptionist .

The best hotel ever in my life. If you come to Ubud for the first time I strongly recommend this hotel. I really appreciate that all the staff were so friendly. I will bring my family to here again.
