Friendly and top notch service. The location is good, walking distance to plenty of good eateries, spa and small shops. The room is spacious , clean and comfortable. Only thing that needs improvement is that the jetted tub has small pieces of residues which don't seem to be able to wash off. On the whole, I highly recommend Kanishka.

Location is good with many eateries n massage spa. The rooms are big except the room on the 2nd floor is hot due to the weather . Service is superb. Requested them to clean the pool n it was done perfectly n everyday we had someone attending to it . There is Netflix except the TV in the living room is about 45” which i think its small due to the large living room space. Moreover there are No TV inside the rooms . Kitchen is fully furnished but i dont recommend cooking as the stove is really run down looking . Due to the age of these villas it really need some reoair n refurbishment. But if u are not fussy about the age n looking for relax, this is the place . All the staffs and service are really top notch .

Very big villa. Facilities needs to be maintain and renovated especially bathroom. The way they did the mosquito control was great! Do note that if you book massage, it is not from villa and you have to pay cash instead of card. Will be good that the counter inform us the payment method.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants and cafes around the area. Room is spacious and good value for the price paid. The room is dated nevertheless it is clean. Will consider staying here again in the future.

For the amount I paid, I really can’t complain. The villa was spacious, and beautifully designed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could be stronger, but it was within the acceptable range. Caught mice two days in a row in the kitchen - this could be a turn-off to some people! Fortunately the bedroom was free of pests. The management provided house-cleaning as well as turn-down service daily. The pool is private, if it helps.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Excellent stay! The service was amazing. Pool was so nice. All amenities working. Smart tv box. Full kitchen. Reception was so helpful to rent scooters etc. Definitely staying again :)

Place shoes signs of aging, and we had an unpleasant second night with a rat running in our villa and a noisy neighbour ooo our villa partying right up to 12am.

Not exactly a villa persay. Location is great, but lots of improvement can be done for the rooms… the room looks run-down as compared to the pictures, and the bathtuband jacuzzi could use some repairs as it quite old, mouldy and dirty, and the drainage cover has to be manually removed to allow water to drain. Lots of mosquitoes too

First time staying at Kanishka Villas. The villa was large and ok If you can get for a cheap price. A lot of leaves fall into the pool and around the decking area throughout the day and night. Bedroom area was really large and clean. Loved that staff come in to do a turn down service of the bed in the evening. Towels are old and stained and need to be updated. Tap water does not get really hot, just Luke warm when taking a shower. All staff were very friendly during the stay. The management just need to keep the villa maintained. (new kitchen rubbish bin, stains on ceilings, and provide better instructions on setting up the TV programs) In summary I would stay here again but im sure there are better maintained villas around the area.

An unbelievable stay at this place! Was looking for a quiet place to be by myself and definitely found it at Kanishka Villas. The accommodation was large, set up with kitchen, utensils, fridge, microwave and even a water cooler. The couch was very big and comfortable and the hospitality shown by the staff was excellent. Looking forward to the next time I can stay!

Good location close to many restaurants ( including Indian and Mexican and vegetarian) supermarkets , bars and laundry Very spacious rooms the bedroom had a four poster which was lovely and the bathroom was also huge The living area was a little tired and could do with some updating it’s still functional just a little tatty Staff were all pleasant and you get service twice a day with fresh towels daily etc including pool towels
