We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the room was pretty. Some parts of room were run down and the jacuzzi could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied with our stay. I'd recommend blinds for the bathroom patio door. It was so bright in the morning it was hard to sleep and better A/C as room was very hot. Thank you again

Excellent stay! The service was amazing. Pool was so nice. All amenities working. Smart tv box. Full kitchen. Reception was so helpful to rent scooters etc. Definitely staying again :)

Not exactly a villa persay. Location is great, but lots of improvement can be done for the rooms… the room looks run-down as compared to the pictures, and the bathtuband jacuzzi could use some repairs as it quite old, mouldy and dirty, and the drainage cover has to be manually removed to allow water to drain. Lots of mosquitoes too

An unbelievable stay at this place! Was looking for a quiet place to be by myself and definitely found it at Kanishka Villas. The accommodation was large, set up with kitchen, utensils, fridge, microwave and even a water cooler. The couch was very big and comfortable and the hospitality shown by the staff was excellent. Looking forward to the next time I can stay!

Good location close to many restaurants ( including Indian and Mexican and vegetarian) supermarkets , bars and laundry Very spacious rooms the bedroom had a four poster which was lovely and the bathroom was also huge The living area was a little tired and could do with some updating it’s still functional just a little tatty Staff were all pleasant and you get service twice a day with fresh towels daily etc including pool towels

Overall satisfied with the stay, and services Loved the pool. But there need to be some maintenance required, especially tiles in pool, some are coming off but dangerous to walk on. Loved the breakfast, fine quality

I didnt regret booking this villa! its beautiful i requested for rounded jacuzzi. They did a simple decor for my 5th anniversary and birthday. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Easy can communicate via watsapp before the date of my travel. The room are clean. No mosquito as they spray it everyday. Eventhou the furniture run down but still acceptable and doesnt look eerie. really like this villa. we booked 2 bedrooms villa with pool.. the room spacious & clean. the only thing that we dont like about this villa was the breakfast.

Villa is good and location is good. Def will come back again. But i think the management need to invest in maintenance like remove the algae on the swimming wall, fix the small cabinet and clean the rusty tap in the bath tub. Other than that all amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Just feel it could be better if all details were fixed.

Great place to book in. The villa is closed to all amenities. Restaurants, shopping and supermarket. I highly recommend kanishka Villa. The staff are friendly and go all length to help you out. 24/7. Breakfast is brought to your room. The room is clean everyday
