Mycket bra vistelseupplevelse. Servicepersonalen är vänlig och tålmodig, maten är utsökt och priset är rimligt. Läget är mycket nära flygplatsen, bekvämt för resor och inte bullrigt. Gångavstånd till stranden. Hotellrumsfaciliteterna är bra. Poolen är mycket trevlig.

Had a pleasant stay! Room was spacious, breakfast was good, amenities were fine, and everything was well-maintained. Satisfied overall.

The staff were very welcoming, The room was generous and we really enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

It was wonderful time at Rama. On arrival our room was upgraded from Deluxe to a Villa for free with nice view on the garden and pool area. The breakfast was so nice and fresh, service is quite good, staff is very helpful. Definitely will come again if travel this area. Just minus one point because of the dinner, duck was too dry, and there no any sauce. But apart from that the hotel is beautiful, especially its garden

The hotel was good value for the price, with friendly staff and a convenient location near the airport. I would recommend it.

Excellent stay but a bit noisy from the neighbours at night.

We stayed here for a one night stopover. The room was quite run-down and the flooring was damaged. The towels also had a slightly musty smell. The staff however were very friendly - we stayed in the one room villa before and this room we selected had two twin beds when we though we’d have a king sized one. Would recommend the villa over this option!

Second visit to this hotel. Great location and excellent service. Would recommend this hotel for people wanting to stay in the Kuta area.

Clean and good service. However, may be because of Covid 3 years, facility seems a little bit old.

Perfect staying, full of surprises, everything is so comfortable, extremely beautiful green environment and even manage well with each tree and grass, full of beauty!

A beautiful hotel with a great pool and nice garden. Breakfast buffet offered a nice selection of Western, Indonesian and Indian cuisine. Amazing and very helpful staff.

Great location for the airport. As it was an overnight stay we didn't use the facilities much but what we saw the pool looked lovely. Breakfast choice was amazing, better than a lot higher starred hotels. Only negative was the bathroom layout which didn't have a dedicated shower. I feel a bath tub with a plastic screen is so 70s!
