InterContinental Bali Sanur Resort recensioner

Rummet är stort men faciliteterna är gamla och ledningen är också tråkig. Jag anlände till hotellet klockan 2:30 och väntade i två och en halv timme innan jag checkade in. Jag väntade i en timme på att få afternoon tea. Alla snacks och drycker på rummet är avgiftsbelagda. Det finns många detaljer kring rumsfaciliteterna som behöver repareras. Innergårdsdörren kan inte stängas. Taket läcker när det regnar kraftigt. Vattnet täcks av kakel när man duschar, och vattnet rinner över. Kakelplattorna måste tas bort för hand, vilket avslöjar ett mycket äckligt avloppsutlopp. Porslinsflaskan med duschgel står på en hög marmorbänkskiva och är mycket hal. När jag duschade råkade jag ha sönder en genom att halka och trycka på den. Jag planerade ursprungligen att kompensera, men hotellet sa att flaskan kostade nästan 250 yuan, vilket är riktigt skandalöst. Även om hotellet inte utkrävde kompensation när jag lämnade hotellet senare, skickade de ett nytt e-postmeddelande nästa dag för att påminna mig om att jag hade sönder deras duschgelflaska och påminde mig om att kompensera, vilket fick mig att känna mig väldigt obekväm.

Först och främst hittade jag en använd tandborste i badrummet. För det andra var personalen inte lika varm och omtänksam som personalen på det 4-stjärniga hotellet på ön, och deras attityd var inte särskilt bra. När jag tog bilder vid poolen kom en gammal man fram och frågade mig vilket rum jag var i, väldigt otrevligt... Stranden var också mycket medelmåttig, och faciliteterna var relativt gamla. Förutom det större rummet fanns det ingen anledning att boka ett rum med havsutsikt. Rummet med havsutsikt hade träfönster som blockerade havet, och det låg en bit från havet. För det här priset kan du boka ett bättre hotell på ön. Lägg mer tid på att läsa Xiaohongshu för att skapa en guide.

Rummet är rent, hygieniskt, snyggt, bekvämt och ljust. Jag gillar det väldigt mycket! Hotellets service från receptionen, frukostservitören och dörrvakten är omtänksam och omtänksam! Jag kommer att bo här igen nästa gång.

Service is good. Pool is nice. Spa is comfortable. Beach restaurant got good ambience.  Bathroom lack of hot water. Bugs in room.

Perfectly located with direct access to the beach and extensive beach walkway. The swimming pool and breakfast are both outstanding. Without forgetting the smile and kindness of the hotel team.

Very disappointed! The beach is dirty and they don’t clean it . Impossible to swim . We should walk to another hotel near by to swim . By the beach only IC haven’t clean it , the rest of hotels have care about it . The breakfast was the same every day and not that much choices in my opinion. For the price we paid it’s just not worth it. The room is nice and big. But in our room somehow the hot water wasn’t working and they couldn’t fix it . I couldn’t enjoy their bathtub as well . Not recommended!! We paid more than 350$ per night and couldn’t not enjoy beach and not even hot water in shower . Very.. very disappointing!!

Massive resort, rooms very nice, staff super friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. Location right on the water front and very relaxing and peaceful. No annoying constant street vendors trying to sell you crap etc etc. appeals to the higher and upper end or families and doesn’t have the bogan feel other areas have. So the negatives would be resort is so large to walk to your room to the beach is quite a trek. The pool is not very well catered for the resort as it’s so big and I would guess has a few thousand guest capacity and yet only 30 seats at pool side - doesn’t make sense. Also there’s no real Swimming area at the beach as it’s full of tied up boats, nice to look at but not really a swimming beach so heavily rely on having a well catered pool area with seating, which were limited.  But overall having stated these 2 negatives I would still highly recommend as it was pleasant place to stay and had a very relaxed vibe.

Everything is fine except that the water heater was suddenly out of order so that we could not enjoy bathing in the bathtub leaving us with some regrets

overall experience was great, just breakfast needs a to be more options than daily potatoes... such as needs more greens

We chose this hotel as it’s close to the pier to Nusa Penida. Overall a nice hotel with friendly staff but the hotel is a little bit old.

Except low wifi connection. All was perfect

Located quite deep in but everything else was perfect!

這次預訂了6晚的洲際酒店的海景房！！服務跟設施各方面都不錯，地理位置也極佳，就在沙努爾碼頭附近！！但是房間裏小蟲子太多了，廁所也是有異味，這個住的很不舒服！！！其他都還行！！所以也看各位的需求去看待這個酒店啦
