Out of expectation, the ocean view was great, even for the basic room type at lower level! The only flawless was the smell in bathroom from the drainage. Also the wok smell in all day dining that we had to eat outside at noon time… All the soft drinks are free and they have jamu and other healthy smoothies, that’s very generous, it’s difficult when I get used to it then moved to Riz next door. And nothing free there. The service was great you got e-butler she answered like right away. They provided water sports facilities, until 5 p.m. daily. But the lifeguard was so kind to let me use it even after 5, canoeing at the shallow water and be able to see through the water was a fun experience, when I returned facility he even asked me how I enjoyed it, indeed! At morning time I tried to swim but high tides therefore another lifeguard put me on a lifejacket, that’s really considering. Shameful that I didn’t know they provided yoga daily, it’s in the cave, very interesting at dinner time it became a restaurant. And we had our afternoon tea there, also in the house! They provided free transportation to Bali Collection and buggy reached distance! Also the strawhat and beachbag also straw slippers as giveaway! A lot of free stuff anyway, and you can’t enjoy these at any other hotels in bali! They located at cliff it allows you to take a cute cable car up and down, it’s something in bali and you saw cute and polite monkeys at the cable, not the fierce one like monkey forest. I been stayed a few hotels and other accommodation in bali, but samabe was only one I would come back without heartbeat. Your money is worth the value here!

The hotel room is very comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. They have arranged a special cooking class for us, and the recipe is easy to learn and follow. We made grilled calamari and duck rice for lunch, and fried banana for dessert. It was so much fun. We also received instant responses from customer service via WhatsApp.

The hotel is clean, quiet and beautiful. The staff is helpful and nice. The facility like private beach and swimming pool is good.

LITTLE BIT REMOTELY LOCATED . GOOD FOR RELAXATION

The room is very spacious @ 135m2 with stunning ocean view. The hotel people are very courteous & helpful. Room & butler service is very good. Nice breakfast & afternoon tea.

Excellent hospitality, service and mannerisms of the staff. Any request was fulfilled swiftly. The room by far exceeds expectations. We left the resort only for a few hours in few nights we stayed. Unfortunately the private beach on samabe property is very soft and slanted making it hard to appreciate a walk on the beach. The ocean (at the time of stay) was dirty with garbage. This was the only reason we left the resort to find a non polluted beach to relax at. There are monkeys as well that do visit the cliff side rooms.

I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could. Perfect retreat in Nusa Dua. Boutique vibes where no request was too much. Was great to have afternoon tea and soft drinks included in the price. A la carte breakfast was amongst the best I've ever had at a hotel and the dinner options were great as well. We had booked lunch at the underwater restaurant at the Kempinski close by and they transferred us there for free. Absolutely amazing stay

看了很多峇裏島的酒店，最終選擇了薩瑪貝，明智之選！ 環境：無論是園景還是海景都非常美。房間就能看到海景，園區都是精心打造和維護的，綠化非常好，也有很多充滿樂趣的裝飾。 設施：套房非常寬敞，有兩個衞生間、露台、大餐桌等，淋浴與馬桶乾濕分離，住起來很舒適。可以乘坐酒店的沙灘電梯，直達酒店的沙灘區域。 衞生：很乾凈！早晚各有一次房間打掃。沒有出現任何網上提到的峇裏島水質的負面問題。放心用餐，放心飲水，沒問題！ 服務：在酒店碰到的所有員工都非常友好、熱情、禮貌，無論是餐廳服務、客房服務，還是網上管家的服務，都非常周到。餐飲可以直接送到房間。有迷你巴士接送客人和行李。在路上碰到任何一位員工，都會面帶微笑跟客人say hello，讓人感覺賓至如歸。 非常喜歡薩瑪貝，會推薦給朋友，下次度假再來！

第一次來峇裏島，這家酒店真的讓我們感覺非常非常好。我們租車自駕，到酒店就有人主動幫我們泊車。一對一管家式服務，很細心很周到。手機掉海里了，酒店人員主動用米並用保鮮膜幫我處理手機吸水問題。衣服沒晾乾，主動幫我們烘乾。還有春節特別驚喜。酒店環境也特別舒服，特別安靜，我們住的海景房，正對大海，晚上睡覺聽不到一點海浪聲。真的很適合度假居住。下次來峇裏島，我們家的首選酒店！

我們訂的是薩瑪貝套房，可以直接看到海景，非常贊！房間寬敞，酒店員工友好，餐廳也都非常好吃。在🍠上看到酒店的海灘涼亭小屋，就讓管家幫我們訂了早餐時段，在涼亭近距離面對大海吃早餐真是太享受了，這邊還有浴缸可以泡花瓣浴！無比放鬆和享受，一直待到了中午！還試了帆船出海，很爽！還會再來的！

海景套房的海景可太讚了，陽台直面海景！我好會選！這裏度假太舒服了。入住之後就加了微信管家羣，本來以為衹包含早餐，結果管家發來的入住福利好多！各種飲料，下午茶，水果，水上活動都是免費的。管家和員工都很友好，服務到位。早餐也好多選擇，還可以單點，都挺好吃。酒店整體也很漂亮，還有電梯直達海灘。還有個巖洞餐廳，當天趕上有人求婚，佈置的好漂亮。太適合度假，下次要住久一點。

很垃圾的酒店。1，明明有其他房型，並且沒有被預訂（晚上觀察了一下，好幾間一直空着），但是不同意更換。2，提前到了，明明房間空着，但是不讓提前入住，必須下午兩點入住。總體不推薦。這個價格撐不起這個服務和設施。
