Hotellets läge mycket bra, har tillgång till stranden. Hotellet mycket gamla, rummet var ganska litet och med gamla möbler. Om du vistas där länge kan du vara trött på samma frukost varje dag. Handdukar och lakan var också smutsiga, även om de tvättades. Tycker inte att priset är värt det.

Hotellet är mycket stort, jag fick höra att de har nästan 500 rum. Det är fint beläget vid stranden. De har 2 pooler, en för barn och en för vuxna. Det är ganska bullrigt i närheten av barnpoolen, eftersom det fanns många barnfamiljer. Frukosten var en buffé, bra utbud av livsmedel, kaffet var mycket gott, liksom maten i buffén också. De har också en äggstation. Jag beställde en omelett med ost och det var den bästa omeletten jag någonsin har haft. Om du gillar stora hotell är det här ett bra alternativ, men om du föredrar små hotell så kanske du vill bo någon annanstans. Jag hade ett standardrum med balkong på andra våningen, men knappast någon utsikt. Rummet var OK, sängkläderna var rena och bekväma.

Sammantaget inte en 5-stjärnig resort alls. Jag har skickat en omfattande rapport till resorten två gånger utan något svar. Väldigt nedslående minst sagt. Från att ha bott på The Trans i Seminyak i 7 dagar före vistelsen på Prama i Sanur var det ingen jämförelse. Vilken nedslående vistelse & helt klart inte en 5-stjärnig resort.

Hotel is right on a very nice part of Sanur beach. No big waves. Perfect for relaxed floating around near the beach. Clear water too. Two pools, one for kids, and an enormous one for adults. Staff are amazing. Gym is a little old. Sauna is nice. The hotel grounds are lovely. 5 cafes and restaurants on the grounds. At least 100 others within a 10 to 15 minute walk. I would stay here again. Breakfast was great.

Room a little old but the complete service, package and quality make it a very good spot for a family holiday. The proximity to many spot make it a very good hotel to stay in.

One of our favorite hotels to stay in Sanur. Excellent location along the beach, sprawling grounds with multiple pools, well landscaped gardens, multiple restaurants and dining options. Bamboo Beach Bar is a great hangout overlooking the ocean. It’s an older hotel but makes up for it with friendly staff, excellent service, great breakfast buffet and cleanliness. We look out for the occasional good deals on the Trip.com app to get up to 30-40% discount!

Old hotel but great services by the staff. Away from the busy Kuta beach making it suitable if you would like to have a quiet trip. The beach not as clean but you can walk and jog along the beach quite nicely.

I do not rate Prama a straight 5s because I do not want other people to know how good it is. We stayed in Prama for six nights from 24 to 30 October 2024. We chose Prama for, mainly, its location, price and nice pool. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was newly renovated and quite big. We booked the cheapest room but the view was still Okay. The layout is perfect, you walked down from your room, a short stroll to the pool and then you would reach the breach in no time. There were plenty of sun loungers so you did not have to fight for one. There were countless numbers of eateries and massage ladies outside. One hour massage only costed you HKD50, much much cheaper than other East Asian countries. The price of drink and food was also unbelievably low. On average it costed less than HKD200 for a quite decent dinner with meat, fish, prawn, veggie and drinks. It is not perfect, of course. There are places that still have room for improvement. An example is airconditioning and water pressure. But Prama offered to swap a room for us, which we politely declined as we found the situation bearable. Yes, Prama showed some sign of age. But you were having a vacation in a sub-tropical region. The vibe was exactly what we looked for. So no complaint at all. All in all, we were highly satisfied with Prama and will definitely come back.

This hotel was amazing although big, plenty of space and staff, lots of choice for food, all excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff right from front of desk to the cleaners were all very helpful, friendly and competent. We had an issue with our booking on arrival due to trip.com (trip.com had booked a superior room for part of our stay and then a standard room for the second half despite us having confirmation that we had superior room throughout) on showing the hotel our booking confirmation the hotel upgraded the second booking free of charge to us without question, sorted it quickly and efficiently and saved us a lot of stress. They have taken on the task of contacting trip.com and querying ! Highly recommend.

As usual , never disappointed, staff super friendly and thanking you all especially to Bagus. My husband & I would definitely comeback again...soon...

It was such a enjoyable stay at Prama Sanur Beach hotel. Service was great, everyone is very polite and willing to serve. Pool is very nice and they have direct beach access which was very good.

The hotel is strategically located in Sanur and has direct access to the beach. It is an old hotel but the facilities are well maintained. Excellent service from the staff too.

A lovely experience at the Sanur Parma. Although an older hotel it is clean and the facilities were great. But for us, it was the wonderful welcoming,hard working staff that made our trip. Nothing was too much trouble, every interaction accompanied by a greeting and a smile. We would love to come back.
