Bali Nusa Dua Hotel recensioner

After booking a three-night stay with plans to potentially extend, we were forced to check out early due to the hotel's shockingly inflexible attitude. I’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide, but this was the first time I felt truly disrespected as a guest. When I ordered food from an external restaurant (as I had every right to do), the staff refused to provide cutlery, claiming it was ‘against policy’ unless I ordered from their overpriced room service. Imagine being told to ‘eat with your hands’ in a so-called 5-star hotel!This wasn't about utensils - it was about being treated like a walking wallet rather than a valued guest. While the staff is friendly and the property itself is beautiful and the bed comfortable, except stained linen and grayish old towels , true luxury lies in service. They could replace the towels and the bed linen in 5 rooms for the price I paid for one night. And changed some rules related to cutlery in rooms but seems management is not interested.

Great hotel with nice staff. Breakfast was OK. It was raining heavily and cloudy so didn't use the pool.

Booked a pool view room but was given a tree room with road noise room sadly.. Room sheets were dirty/stained when we arrived but they cleaned it. Room temperature control was spoiler and remained at 17-18 degrees throughout stay. Bathtub water also couldn’t get hot. Shower temperature was a furnace. Housekeeping was friendly but we kept having to keep begging for amenities like soaps. Would have been nice if they kept topping it up daily for out 5 day stay for a 5 star hotel. Staff were really nice especially those at the Kunyit Restaurant.

Bali Nusa Dua Hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful from check-in to check-out. The cleanliness of the room and overall hotel area was excellent. The location is perfect—close to the beach and main attractions in Nusa Dua. Facilities like the pool, gym, and restaurant were all well-maintained and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I found it peaceful, comfortable, and very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff were friendly. The deluxe room we had was fairly large and comfortable for the two of us. Housekeeping services was excellent. As for the pool, is a bit disappointing. Fairly small and not enough seatings for the guests. The services received from the restaurant while we were at the pool was a bit underwhelming. On the other hand, the breakfast crew was superb. Very attentive and helpful. The breakfast spread was ok.

Luxurious hotel. Excellent service. Got shuttle bus go to nearby shopping mall.

Near by Westin Convention Centre, and cost effective. Worth staying.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect — I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Friendly staff who opted not to tell us about the shuttle between the hotel end the big shopping mall. They also gave 1 small unit of shampoo when we were 2 guests in the room. Great food. Lovely swimming pool.

Very good size room not big but adequate for couple. Nice size bathroom only the amenities like bathgel, shampoo feel not up to the standard of 5* hotel. The surrounding was tranquil suitable for healing.
