*Positive Experience:*
- Yuda at the pool was very kind and Trishna at the reception provided exceptional service, recognizing us as loyalty members and offering a complimentary upgrade. Their attentiveness made our stay special
- The birthday decoration in my room was simple yet wonderful! It truly made the celebration memorable. Kudos to the team for keeping up the good work!
*Area for Improvement:*
- Unfortunately, a green singlet went missing on Day 2, possibly during housekeeping was cleaning the room it got wrapped up with the towel on the chair . I hope the housekeeping team can be more careful in handling guests' belongings.
- When I reported the issue, I didn't receive a follow-up or update on the status, which was disappointing.
