Review for The Legian Bali, Seminyak– Exceptional Service Beyond Expectations! I cannot say enough about the incredible service at The Legian in Bali. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings, luxurious accommodations, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly set them apart, however, was their unparalleled attention to detail and genuine care for their guests. During our stay, my daughter lost a sentimental earring, and despite searching, we couldn’t find it. We mentioned it in passing to the staff, not expecting much, but to our absolute surprise, two days after we checked out, I received an email from the resort—with an image of the earring they had found! Their dedication to customer service, even after we had left, speaks volumes about their commitment to excellence. It’s rare to find such a thoughtful and proactive team, and this experience alone guarantees that we will be returning to The Legian on our next trip to Bali. If you’re looking for a resort that truly cares about its guests and goes the extra mile, look no further. We had a ocean facing one bedroom suite. Whilst it was spacious, the suite looks dated and needs refurbishment. It was also dusty when we first checked in. We provided feedback to the front desk that evening and problem was immediately rectified. We hope the resort can keep up the resort to give the best first impression to their customers in the future.

Great location and beautiful peaceful nature all around. The resort is beautiful and the villa was just perfect! Very intimate and bougie it has everything you need and more. The resort has a beach area which is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. Food was divine and full of colours and flavours. Do not hesitate to chose the resort, it will leave you breathless and wanting for more!

避雷水明漾雷吉安！！性價比嚴重不符！ 設施：窗户和房門密封性太差有鬆動，晚上外面風吹一直異響如圖。門口一直有人説話，房間裏全部聽見。 衞生：陽台有3～4個壁虎在頂上，浴缸沒洗乾淨如圖，這種衞生條件敢説五星級嗎。 環境：酒店小，很多地方包括大堂沒有空調是開放式，白天温度三十多度體驗好差。 服務：最重要的是服務！！前台人員要把信用卡拿走核對我們的身份訊息，我們要求信用卡不拿走我們現場核對，開始使臉色態度很奇怪。退房前一天給我們一直連續房間打了三個電話讓我們務必第二天12點退房，這是什麼道理？ 最重要的是早餐！！自助早餐四菜一湯如圖（包含炒飯炒麪），每天早飯衹能炒飯配辣醬加青菜和一個不知名的魚。 最後總結，這個水明漾雷吉安誰來誰冤種，反正我已經當冤種了。

航班延誤到達酒店將近凌晨，管家仍耐心帶領講解room tour。環境和景色就不多贅述了，入住第一眼就驚艷到，不愧是大師的設計。服務上的細節以及乾淨程度讓我印象深刻。所有的工作人員都和藹可親，微笑服務。房間裏和公共區域除蟲都做得很到位，房間內起碼安裝了3.4個電子蚊香，所以沒有遇到蚊子。下次再來峇裏島應該還會選擇雷吉安這個品牌，讓人感覺很安心。

夜晚入住管家貼心升級房間酒店位置服務衞生都很不錯。海不是很漂亮。酒店分海灘hotel區。和馬路對面的villa區不靠近海灘但是帶私人泳池。早餐種類不多。可單點味道不錯。

第一次主動寫點評 強推 酒店風格度假感很強、私密性高，歐洲客人居多 服務屬於恰到好處的周到，check out那天晚上的飛機，中午酒店看出家人有感冒症狀，主動提供了一個臨時房間讓我們從下午待到晚上去機場

非常好的一個酒店，房間寬敞，服務面帶微笑 酒店無中文服務，早餐是點單式下單，也可以自助，種類不是很多。游泳池很好，出門就是沙灘。

服務不錯，免費升級了房間 下午茶，酒店私人海邊，房間面朝大海，傍晚看夕陽位置很好，除了貴點沒什麼缺點🌅
