A great resort to spending holiday with family , the location in central Bali down town, a lot great restaurant , cafe and bar round the resort, we had a great time there. The breakfast is amazing, we enjoyed it so much, we will come back again soon!

They provided excellent service in the hotel. The room and the common areas were all kept clean and felt very comfortable. The breakfasth is highly recommended too. The staff really made a great job at making the stay as comfortable as possible.

We enjoyed our stay at the W Hotel in Bali. The service was great, the staff were friendly, and the rooms were clean. However, one incident left us feeling disappointed. At the Woobar, we noticed an empty seating area and asked the staff if we could sit there. Unfortunately, we were told it wasn’t possible due to a reservation. After 2-3 hours, the seats were still empty, so we asked again. Once more, we were told no because the reservation was for 5 PM. As a result, the seats remained vacant for nearly 5 hours. In my opinion, the staff could have allowed us to use the lounge seats until 4:45 PM, as most bar visits typically last 2.5 to 3 hours. This would have been a more efficient and guest-friendly use of the space.

Outstanding 11 out of 10 experience in this sensational hotel. Truly world-class service and facilities. When choosing to stay at this hotel it will be everything you expect plus so much more! From the moment we arrived the hotel staff made us feel so special, we were greeted by Darma by our first names with a friendly smile. Soon enough everyone was so motivated to help us enjoy our experience at W Bali Seminyak. The buildings are classy, bright and super clean and well maintained. Multiple restaurants all with distinct flair and variety of fare. Every meal was delicious and fresh. Breakfast was extraordinary with a la carte and buffet options. Sunday Seafood Brunch was an excellent buffet and should not be missed! Supreme quality seafood and sashimi, fresh and delicious. Daily breakfast was extensive with superb flavours and variety. We had two wonderful staff ensure that we had more than we could ever expect, nothing too much hassle and special boost shots thank you so much for the first class service from Kelo and Agus! You are a major asset to this hotel and should be rewarded for your impeccable customer service. Our expectations were exceeded and having travelled to many 5 Star hotels around the world, we can honestly say W Bali Seminyak is the best so far on all levels, the staff make this hotel with personable and the best friendly service. We will be back with our business team to enjoy every moment together. Our experience needs to be shared with others! Thank you W Bali - we were made to feel so special in every possible way. Huge appreciation and thanks to Kelo, Agus, Darma and Fernando for your superior service and warm welcome to us. We will never forget your care and friendly service.

Overall it was a good experience and the staffs were extremely friendly and thoughtful. Big shout out to the Assistant Manager and Supervisor of Fire restaurant as they go the extra miles to offer us different food from the breakfast menu by just hearing our food preferences. The room is a little rundown as you will notice the fixture and floor. The tree next to our pool seems to be infested with bugs as you can see it from the leaves when it fell into the pool. Not sure if this is related but the pool have many fine particles which seems to be due to the tree as I notice whenever the leaves fell onto the pool, the surface will be filled with dust. The last night was chaotic as there was a thunderstorm and the wind is so strong that the water sip into the room, the blind keep shaking and the aircon starts giving “knocking” sound. We ended up sleeping with only the ceiling fan turn on.  My wife and I will certainly be back but may consider the hotel room instead of the Villa.

We stayed for 3 nights at the W Hotel Seminyak, located on a long beach. The ocean here was characterised by wind and waves in August, yet adding to the scenic beauty. The hotel did present the fresh, modern, and colorful design typical of W Hotels, reflected in both the exterior and interior decor. The rooms maintain this vibrant style, while the villas, which we finally switched to, offer a more elegant, wooden Balinese aesthetic. The pool area is a highlight, with its colorful design and palm trees creating a relaxing holiday vibe. Beyond, the breakfast was extraordinary, offering a wide range of freshly made dishes. From reception to service and management, we experienced a warm, attentive, and caring atmosphere that truly enhanced our holiday. Overall, the W Seminyak is a highly recommendable choice for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

The hotel is very nice, near to the beach. And overall is good experience staying here. Only thing is that my bed is abit slump inside, not so comfortable to sleep. Think the hotel needs to check the bed of the room. Celebrated ur birthday here, and they did a splendid job to decorate the room.

We land Bali and arrive very early at W Hotel. The staff is nice and let us check in earlier at 10:30am so that we can take rest and enjoy the villa with sun shine. The pool is fantastic and the room got all the stuff we needed. The price is a little bit high but it is worth it.

Very good location. Still very well maintained after so many years. The villas are great.

All staffs are friendly and everything is pretty good!!!!!
