+ We loved our stay in Santika! The staff was very welcoming and friendly! Very nice that they have shuttles to the beach, wouldn’t book this hotel without it. - the twin beds are quite narrow, we had a room facing the road and it was a bit noisy, the walk to the beach is about 20 minutes Breakfast was okay. There were some western and Indonesian options.

Pros: quick check in with friendly staff. Location is good if you plan to stay near the beach. Easier to access the most famous beaches to the south by taxi. The facility is clean and the pool is well maintained, very good for a night swimming. Nice view from balcony. There are some supermarkets close by for daily necessities. Every day cleaning service. Neutral: breakfast is boring. Usually fried rice and noodles with some local toppings. No real western options only muesli and croissant. Cons: room is relatively small. the beds aren’t the most comfortable - just okey. The room is rather dark especially the bathroom with no natural light only bad lighting. Even makes shaving a huge challenge where I ended up using flashlight. No hangers to dry wet close. Even though Bali is famous for coffee the coffee served for breakfast is outrageous. Not to mention if you want to have like a cappuccino it is not included in your breakfast and have to pay. Not the hotel’s fault but the hotel and the neighborhood is packed with Russians often drunk and shouting which can be really disturbing if you trying to find your inner peace.

Was a great hotel, and I would recommend it for families and older couples, not many bars around for night-life.

Location near coco supermarket

It was near where I need to be at Nusa Dua, basic hotel facilities. Check in was fast and so was checking out. Decent size room and bed.

Traffic convenience by taking public bus to hotel for only 30 minutes and by waling 15 min to hotel. Nearby hotel are lots of eating places . Next door is Coco supermarket. Staff are helpful and friendly. Scheduled free shuttle is provided to Bali Collection shopping area.

Receptionist was really welcoming, I arrived in the morning, ahead of the check-in time but they kindly let me store my luggage with them and later sent me a text 1 hour earlier than check-in time to say that room is ready.

Do not come here if you need WiFi. It does not work even if the IT experts try to help you. Caused many problems and lost work. Also they said there was a gym, however a room no air conditioning with a broke treadmill and 20 year old low quality bike is not a gym, no weights at all. Breakfast with a couple of pieces of watermelon for fruit etc not very good and stewed coffee also. Room service did a good job. Overall do not stay at this hotel as most hotels in Nusa Dua are better even if price looks good, not worth spoiling your vacation for.

Quite nice, nice pool, only need to fix gutter. In some area it really smelly. Overall nice hotel to stay. Nearby mengiat Beach.

I booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport and stayed for one night. To my disappointment, despite generally good reviews, the room I was given had very old towels and stained bedsheets. The room was also located along the main road, making it very noisy and difficult to rest, even late at night with motorcycles still driving by. The building has very poor sound proof and you can hear the noise from upstairs and the water pipe. Additionally, the shower dripped throughout the night, and the ventilation in the bathroom was poor with stench in the room. I will not return.

Location and services provided by the hotel was quite good. Simple buffet breakfast but consider quite good for the price i paid for! Room was a bit old but luckily it doesnt smell bad. Tried the hotel food during one of the dinner. Food tasted good and price was affordable. Only downside is that it took quite awhile for them to prepare their ala carte.
