My recent stay at Munduk Menir Villa was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the breathtaking views that greeted me. Nestled amidst lush greenery, the panorama from the swimming pool was a feast for the eyes, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The sunsets were particularly mesmerizing, painting the sky in shades of orange and pink that reflected beautifully on the surrounding landscape. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the unparalleled hospitality of the staff. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to assist with any request made my experience truly special. Whether it was recommending local attractions or ensuring my room was perfectly prepared, their dedication was evident in every interaction.

We recently spent 3 nights relaxing in the tranquility of Munduk Menir Villas. Our greeting on arrival was warm and friendly, and set the tone for the rest of our stay. The staff were so friendly and eager to please. We were staying as part of a trip to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary, so our room was beautifully "decorated" and they gave us a lovely cake to mark the occasion too! The studio room had a large balcony with amazing views of the surrounding mountains. The food in the restaurant (the same menu for room service) was consistently good, as were the cocktails (great value during Happy Hour!)

We loved the setting and location of the hotel, the view from the pool is just incredible - beautiful sunsets. Fantastic that one of the pools was heated, this made a big difference during the cooler afternoons. The rooms were also beautiful, all done in wood, rustic but luxurious at the same time. The staff were also all amazing, very helpful and nothing at all was too much trouble, they organised everything for us. Only reason we gave a rating of four and not five was because we felt there was not enough variety of options available at breakfast. It is a small hotel and they asked us to give our breakfast orders the night before. Not a big problem but I think a buffet is nicer, especially for kids who can then choose and eat whatever and as much as they want. But we still had an amazing time at the hotel - again, the staff are really amazing. Thank you!

Peaceful and serene An amazing experience Munduk Menir is situated at an absolutely dreamy location. It has unobstructed views of the valley and hills. The villas are spacious and well maintained. The have all the amenities and the service is also excellent. The food is a great high point here. They serve very good food in the restaurant and room service is also good. They offer scoopy rides for hire and they also arranged a cooking class for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Another amazing thing is the heated pool and the highest point is the eternity pool. We spent hours in the pool and it was heavenly. At night there is a fire pit and you can enjoy food and marshmallows roasted on the bonfire.

Great place to stay. We had an villa with jacuzzi close to the pool. The villa was well set up with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The pool was great - I and my friend were in there every day. The surrounds are nice and gardens well kept. It was quiet at night and the other guests were friendly. It seemed a safe place to stay. The view of hills and sunsets were magnificient. The shower had good pressure. The staff were friendly. There is a restaurant and the lake ‘walking close’ to this property.

The location is great and food is really good. The villa was comfortable and staff quick to respond when we had a question or problem (had a clogged drain of the shower which they fixed right away). The restaurant is panoramic which is awesome, however we had diner in the hall because first night we had live music and second traditional Balinese dance. Both pretty nice but bit too much. In short, excellent location to go and spend a few days. We went on a buggy safari which is also something we would refinement if you like some excitement.

Had a great stay during our visit to Munduk. Lovely views and the fog coming in & out made it even more beautiful. They adapted to our last minute requirements and were flexible. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We asked for a special barbecue evening by the bonfire and we thoroughly enjoyed it. We stayed at the pool villa and was only unhappy with the water not draining well in the toilets. It took a while after the shower for the water to drain. Also in one of the toilets the water was not as warm as the other one.
