Everything is great in this hotel! Surprise that they have special arrangement for us for the honeymoon decor.

The location is very good, the hotel is ok, however, needs improvement on the cleanliness, hygiene and smell of the sheets, toilet exhaust, and also add room slippers. But overall, it was a good stay. Staff are all friendly and accommodating.

The Location is excellent. Room was okay. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is just bread and eggs. I think breakfast needs improvement.

Good location and environment was comfortable. Is better to provide fridge, safety locker and hot water boiler 🤩

Second time staying at the hotel, good services and location

В первую ночь поселили на первом этаже. Всю ночь не спали - ужасный запах плесени. Попросили переселить на этаж выше. Спасибо работникам - помогли решить этот вопрос. Но на втором этаже под потолком всю ночь бегают крысы. Всю ночь сотрясается этот потолок. Но из двух зол: лучше с крысам, чем задыхаться в плесени. 😁 Съехать не могли, так как везде всё было занято. Постельное белье грязное, вместо пододеяльника две простыни, а между ними грязное замусоленное одеяло. Полотенца в дырках. На номер всего 2 полотенца и 1 для ног, для рук и для лица нет. Спасибо персоналу - они хотя бы старались скрасить наше прибывание. А вот хозяину отеля нужно навести порядок. Потому что неправильно селить людей в такие номера. Завтраки скудные, но есть можно: 2 яйца, кофе, сок и фрукты. Через час уже голодный. Спасибо за завтрак в бассейне. Утром иногда приходят обезьяны 😄 Бассейн хороший, очень красивый ухоженный сад, рыбки, белки вьют гнёзда 👍 птицы поют. Близко к дороге, но в тоже время тихо. В общем отель очень уютный, но нужно довести до ума: обработать от плесени, поменять постельное и полотенца и разнообразить завтраки.

CP值很高，位置好（離我晚餐餐廳很近），漂浮早餐好吃，服務人員態度好，也懂得應變👍🏻會想要再續住，唯一小缺點棉被有點潮濕

위치 정말 좋고 시설은 딱 금액만큼인거같습니다. 나쁘다는게 아니라 이정도면 충분하고도 남는다는 뜻이고 수영장 조경등 매우 괜찮습니다. 조식은 안먹어서 잘 모르고요 직원분들 정말 친절하고 좋습니다. 대체가능한 숙소 많겠지만 그래도 재방문의사는 분명 있습니다

위치도 좋고 친절한데... 개미가 너무 많아요 너무 심하게.. 너무 많아서 깜놀랐어요 진짜 ㅜㅜ 수영장도 이쁘고 플로팅 조식도 좋긴한데.. 가격대비 더 좋은곳이 많은거 같아요

Walaupun hotelnya keliatan dr depan kecil, tapi waktu masuk ke dalam besar. Kamarnya besar bangeeet. Bersihhh.. sarapannya oke & lengkap. Pelayanannya cepat & ramah. Udara pagi disini enak banget.

우붓시내와가까워요 다른 방 테라스엔 몽키가잇을거라고 햇는데 저희테라스엔 옷 걸어놔도 몽키가안오고 옷 잘걸려있었습니다 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

호텔 방에 개미가 너무 많고 청소해주실때도 물이랑 수건은 안바꿔주세요

We are extremely dissatisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an unpleasant smell in the room, which only got worse. The bathroom smelled unbearable, the shower, and even the bed smelled of sweat. The sheets were old and seemed unclean. There was no hot water in the shower, and the room lacked a refrigerator, which feels like a basic necessity. The biggest issue, however, was that the smell in the room made it impossible to sleep. My pregnant partner and I couldn’t fall asleep for half the night. As if that wasn’t bad enough, we were woken up by a staff member just as we were finally about to fall asleep, and to make matters worse, we were offered to move out of the room at 1:00 AM, which is completely unacceptable. This has been an incredibly frustrating and stressful experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

We visited July/Aug 2024. We booked a bungalow at the property, the room was a cabin (B2) which was sited next to the pool. We found a few problems which we consider to be unacceptable. Inside the room there was no wardrobe or shelves to hang or store clothes, I asked about this and we were given a small towel rail. We used the bench seat as storage for our clothes. The bedding was dirty and stained as was the mattress, there was animal excrement on the floor of the room and on the bed covers. Two round floor cushions were supplied on the veranda (we are in our 60’s) and found it uncomfortable to sit on these for long. We asked for some alternative outdoor furniture and we were given 2 old kitchen chairs and a small round table, this table had bird excrement on it at the start of our stay and was still there at the end, 7 days later (not cleaned). The toilet bowl leaked water onto the floor, making our feet wet especially through the night when it is difficult to see. The shower is over a bath, and the bath side is quite high making it difficult to get into/out of especially when wet. The bath has a crack across the base which will harbour germs. The walls of the bathroom have large dark stains on them and the curtain tie backs were also stained. There is no safe in the room and the room was dirty, we had to ask for it to be cleaned. Around the pool area there are only 5 sun beds available and nowhere to sit unless you sit on the ground, there are no tables/chairs available. Not only was there evidence of animal excrement, we could hear creatures making rustling noises throughout the night. The air conditioning unit rattled and droned through the night, I rectified this by switching it off for 10 mins and then back on again. In summary we found the accommodation to be poorly maintained and fitted out in a very basic manner, which may be ok if you are there for one or two nights but not for any lengthy stay. We certainly do not appreciate having to ask for a basic level of cleanliness, that should be a given.
