Overall room was clean, I booked deluxe twin and they said upgrading my room to superior twin, room looks old need to repainting again room 390 u can see the mold, lamps beside the bed not working. Reception Lobby area so quite and dirty on Raya day. Housekeeping staff so helpful and this hotel located on strategic locations. Value for money

This was probably the best hotel in Indonesia - and if I ever come back to Balikpapan, I'll be happy to consider staying in it again. The location is nice, the hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious, well designed and equipped, also very, very clean - and the staff are great. Actually it's so rare that I can't think of even one thing I didn't like in a hotel.

The location is great in the city center of Balikpapan. The room is quite spacious and they have a variety menu during breakfast.

Really nice stay. Hotel is very peaceful and service is great. The room was a bit old, a lot of marks on the walls and sheets. For the standing/price, it deserves to be refreshed. But overall very pleasant.

Located in Batam business center Harbor Bay, will be nice for short / long stay, especially if you planning to crossboarder to Singapore. Excellent hotel.

The hotel was good, the room was convenience and I will stay again with my family in this hotel. The housekeeping staff was beyond expectation, they were super friendly.
