I love to stay here very much. Came with my family for a short stay, we enjoyed our time here due to its spacious villa, located in front of the beautiful beach of Cherating, got private pool thats one of the most important part, excellent hospitality by the hotel's staff, the foods were great! And got free snacks and soft drinks too in the fridge.

Great service and friendly staff. However like many other review mention below, they are very strict regarding total occupants inside the room, my sister in law also said the same. Hence probably next resort board meeting, can consider to terminate / abolish the such rules. The resort must remember tourism in Malaysia are usually family oriented, hence should prioritise family friendly place/hotel/resort. Do not hurt the occupants/ visitors pf the resort’s feeling. Not all are privileged to book luxuries room for their family. Hope cam consider🙏 other resort/ hotel very rare have such rules. But overall okay, abort the rules would really recommend this place to relatives and friends.

Its was my 2nd time being here, the ocean view is very beautiful, food for breakfast so delicious which got “Nasi Dagang” in their menu buffet, all staff very nice included the staff in their “ketapang spa” Highly recommended spa for honeymoon❤️🌸🥰

We are visiting Kuala Lumpur and staying at this hotel for the first time. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Every member of the team, from the buggy driver to housekeeping and the receptionist, was exceptionally friendly. The views and scenery are stunning, providing a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. We booked the Ocean View Suite, and the room exceeded all expectations—elegant, breathtaking, and beyond words. Our 3-day, 2-night stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

The studio room was spacious but without the view. Best place if you need to take a break from your hustle & bustle of work activities.

Interesting place for a getaway. Went with my family and hospitality was great overall.

Spacious room, nice location. Worth to mention: sea is blocked by concrete blocks, bed sheets have dirt spots, small insects occupied bed and ceiling

Definitely not going to repeat as staff wasn’t warm & fuds were so-so

the breakfast selection very simple. in room toilet and bedding is good, but the sofa cushion and balcony a bit old and dirty. better clean first before sit. silent place. buggy is convenient and good service.

Cleanliness wise, not tip top, we had to call them to clean our room one more time, but service was good, had buggy service to go around the place

Love the place! This is especially for the privacy that you can get. It's sooooo peaceful. The only setback which to me is a pretty big deal is the rock wall on the beach since I wanted a hotel room that has direct access to the beach with the normal kind of beach view and beach feeling right on our doorstep. Other than this, it was an excellent holiday for me and my husband.

Resort very strict with the maximum guest for the room capacity. So make sure to comply with the requirements ya. But the check in process if very much different from another resort. Its like you are purchasing a chanel bag and waiting for the sales advisor😍 the check in lobby is at the parking area so they will monitor the in and out guest and the car as well. The villa is so unique and spacious. Perfect for a holiday. However, the restaurant is not a buffet concept where you can take any amount of dish or whatever u want to mix and match the food. But the restaurant staff very good in the etiquette 👍🏻the beach also good but cannot swim ya. Very relaxed enjoy the sounds of waves

Breathtaking views and great hospitality

Overall we had a really enjoyable and fun stay at The Kasturi. The room was superb and the private pool was big enough. The staff and services were friendly too and really helpful. Just a bit upgrade needed for the room to maintain it in better shape. Overall its good experience.
