SpringHill Suites Baltimore Downtown/Inner Harbor recensioner

It was pretty comfy and clean. Also location is perfect. Breakfast was good and staffs were helpful.

We were very pleased with our stay at Springhill suites. The Valet gentleman, Akeem(?), was very helpful, polite and professional. Darrien was fantastic, accommodating, polite and professional. Answered my many questions with great suggestions. Our rooms were special, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast, especially the eggs w/cheese.

The AC was very very loud I had to turn it out.

房間很大，套房的樣式，有微波爐、餐枱，沙發床，衣帽間，非常方便。樓下有冰水、咖啡可以喝。大堂位置很多，可以充電+辦公。

整體還可以，畢竟價格不便宜。但這個服務態度是真的不怎麼樣，説話聲音小吧，再問一遍就不願搭理了。第二天請前台幫忙預訂去機場的車，前一天晚上定好早上6:50的，結果早上這個時間去了還是同一個前台卻説你剛又沒説，以為你不要了，然後又重新等了22分鐘，且價格是我們從機場打車過來的兩倍！

酒店位置在內港，出行方便，周邊有超市，房間設施雖有點陳舊很衞生 ，大堂較高、較大 ，早餐尚可，居住總體滿意，推薦！

是一個讓你難忘的地方，基本上不會再次想去。

Springhill第一次入住，體驗很好。房間很大，空間充足，冰箱，微波爐加熱非常方便，前台服務非常棒！早餐也不錯，不過天天一樣。下次來還會入住！

歷史建築，郵局改的，但很有品味。
