I cannot believe that this property is a part of the Bonvoy/Marriott brand. The property is dated and does not seem to have had any updates. First, the bathroom fixtures were coming out of the wall. Second, the water would not completely turn off and dripped - shower was not at full capacity. Third, there were no black out curtains/shades - rod was there but no curtain. Fourth, the door was not aligned properly and difficult to close and engage the security lock with light coming in that made it seem like the door was open all night. Fifth, my room was not serviced on one of the days that I was there with the excuse that a "do not disturb sign was on the door" which it was not. I was not offered anything for the inconvenience but I had to ask although I am a a gold elite status member. The only saving grace is that I was out of the room for 12 hours or more per day as this room made me sad!
