這裏每天清潔衞生需要給小費，第二天也給了結果就是放了很多條毛巾衞生沒給做😢，早飯也很簡單（品種衹有三個）如果可以的話選擇不帶早餐訂房更划算，咖啡5美金一杯什麼味都沒有，房間沒有水提供（前台告訴有備空瓶子要自己到所住樓層打水（去了結果貼上設備壞了😅），停車不免費要50美元。這個價格在國內就是標準五星級酒店價格，這次真的踩坑了。

海景房，除了價格其他都好。

I was in town for my daughters wedding from 10/10-10/13/24. One of a block of rooms reserved well in advance. Most guests were from out of town, of which many hadn't been together for quite awhile. Rehearsal dinner was Friday 10/11, and my daughter called the hotel in advance to see if the bar could accommodate approx 40 people at the bar for a couple of drinks. She was assured this was ok and that the bar closed at 11pm which was perfect. Sadly approx 930 Lanesha(possibly bar mgr) approached several guests and belligerently told them to move from the tables(which they weren't at, and the lobby, again they were all in bar area. My son asked for her name and Lanesha got in his face and said "ill spell it for you" My wife then tried to talk to Lanesha at which time Laensha brought up race. Not one guest was offensive, rude or in any way disrespected to any staff yet we were made to feel the bad guy. Approx 1015 Lanesha then directed the bar to call "last call" and Jaylin at the front desk then screamed at the top of his lungs to "shut up and move". The rudeness and lack of professionalism by these 2 was disgusting and I recommend to avoid staying here. If this is an example of the staff more training or better hiring practices should be implemented..

I am a frequent Hilton customer and Hilton Honors member, but will avoid this particular hotel in the future. My family stayed here as part of a block of rooms my niece reserved for her wedding The rooms and views were beautiful, and most of the staff were very friendly; however, we were absolutely shocked and appalled as to how the bar manager treated our wedding guests the Friday night before the wedding. My niece had called in advance and was assured the bar/restaurant could accommodate our crowd, as we came in from all over the U.S. for the event. Instead, the bar manager seemed thoroughly annoyed and bothered all night, and began yelling at some of the guests to MOVE away from the entrance, even though we were not blocking anyone from entry. While the bar apparently closes at 11 pm, we were told by the bartenders at 10:15 that the manager announced it was last call. We are not an unruly group. We were just enjoying some drinks and each other’s company since we rarely get the chance to see each other. (My son and I had just been through Hurricane Milton and were just happy to be safe with family.) My brother-in-law civilly asked if he could inquire about the early closing with the bar manager, who then came over loudly announcing that if anyone wanted to know her name, it was Lanesha, and that she would be happy to spell it if someone wanted to complain. My sister, the mother of the bride, also attempted to calmly speak to her privately, explaining that it was her daughter’s wedding, and that her behavior was making us feel unwelcome, and that it seemed like she was angry with us. The manager was apparently very offended by the use of the word “angry,” and became immediately irate, introducing a discussion about race into a situation that had nothing to do with race. She then walked over to the check-in desk and told the receptionist there to tell us to all quiet down and began turning the lights on and off to make us leave. Many had already left at that point, and the few who remained were simply dumbfounded as to what was happening. We asked the bartenders (most who seemed terribly embarrassed) what we had done to offend anyone, and they just uncomfortably explained they thought it might just be a difference in the way people communicate. I then tried to speak to the manager myself, informing her that I would be leaving reviews detailing this incident, to which she responded that she was “being harassed” and was now calling security. Security??? Again, just absolutely shocked—as this was completely unnecessary. To my knowledge, at no time did anyone other than the manager raise their voice or behave in a way that was inappropriate or threatening (check the security video should there be any doubt). The handful of us left walked outside as security showed up. Together, the manager stood laughing with them, clearly unintimidated in any way. Ms. Shatia was very accommodating and very pleasant to talk to. She assisted me through the door and made sure I made it to my room safely due to my disability. Thumbs up to her. Rooms were comfortable and room services were ok. Next time I visit Baltimore I will be staying here again.

I was very dissapointed with this hotel. It is advertised as a 4-star hotel but when you enter the room, you feel like you are in a 2-star at best. I would ask to see the room before spending $300 for one night like I did. On top of that they charged me a double deposit even though I only stayed for one night. I'm still waiting for that refund. Also when room service brought me my pancakes in the morning, they didn't give me any type of fork or anything to eat it with so it go cold and I ended up returning it since it had lost my appetite by then. I think they still charged me for it so I have to get in touch with thier management to have that charge removed. We didn't have to check out until 11AM which would have been nice in a better hotel but for this one, my kids and I got up early and got out of there ASAP because the whole experience was just depressing. Good to be home.

This was my first 1st time at a Canopy by Hilton and it felt like a luxurious home away from home. It was comfortable and the view was amazing. The most important part was the excellent customer service I received from Dawn and Murvyn. Being here for a board meeting, timing is everything. They accommodated my checkout time with care and consideration. I am looking forward to coming back. Thank you!

I travel a ton and in a world of courtyards and Hilton garden inns, this hotel was amazing. Jameira was incredible at front desk, advising me to park with them as it was cheaper to valet than use the city public lot. She also recommended great restaurants! The room was so high end. The view was amazing. The shower was great and the room was ultra modern especially with the motorized shades. The star of the show was the shampoo and soaps they use. It was so good I actually bought some to take home. It was that good. It literally smelled like a campfire so as a guy I thought it was great. My rate included breakfast and it was delicious. It felt like it came from a real restaurant and not a hotel restaurant. Will 100% be back.
