Communication was a little delayed but could be because we’re using a third-party for the booking. This place is okay for a short term stay like 2 days, not really long term equipped.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Horrible, opened door to strong smell of pets! Immediately stuffed up and couldn't breath. Luckily was able to spray lysol that helped after 20 minutes. very cold inside with draft running across the bed. No heater controls and heat is controlled from upstairs tenants. Heat only came on at 2am and smelled like cat, also cat outside door crying. Had to sleep fully clothes with long johns and comforter to barely stay warm. Was 2 night stay for 2 people and only given i small towel and wash cloth. Bathroom door only opened partially to get by Toilet so close to sink, you have to sit on it at 90 degrees No cable or tv options, had to use apps from my phone to even get any shows Wifi didn't become available until after midnight. Bulk head hangs down over 12 inches from ceiling and is right outside of bathroom, so you bash your head every time even at 5'6". No directions on anything so you must try and figure it out. No way of getting extra supplies, everything locked up. Outlets don't work and are loose in the walls with insulation packed around them. Signs saying don't use microwave and coffee pot together but neither plugged in. If you don't sleep together, then you need to bring a blue up mattress. Will never go here again. I will stick to motels from now on
