The hotel is just fine accounting for what was going on the country the past years, The food is ok we had a buffet was all fresh just watch out for mosquitoes over your head, the room was clean and spacious with a pool view, the pool was clean, the staff were very welcoming and smiling you can feel that they are doing their best, i will definitely ho back l let you know for the changes.

I’ve been to this hotel several times. The staff is ok, and the rooms are comfortable. The food is nothing special. Good for business trips since the rooms are spacious and have a desk to work. Room service also works well. The place has security at the entrance.

evey time I visit Bamako (almost every month) . I stay in thus hotel. but I noticed that air conditioning system is not working properly. it s big problem during 🔥 hot weather like now. I hope this issue will be sorted out. looking for other options else where.

Hôtel entierement rénové, belles chambres spacieuses,room service excellent, belle piscine. Cependant la restauration est tout juste moyenne . Le personnel pas très à l'écoute,besoin d'être mieux formé pour l'accueil et le service des clients.

Chambre spacieuse, personnel accueillant et très dispo, piscine très agréable, qualité prix correct, proximité du centre ville, animation de très bon niveau avec des soirées presque quotidiennes, responsables à l'écoute très disponibles pour aider conseiller et assister pour toute demande de service rentrant dans le cadre de leurs compétences

Hôtel propre, personnel agréable et souriant, la bouffe n’est pas trop varié mais correcte, son point fort c’est le grand calme et sa superbe piscine cristallisée, le petit déjeuner varié, la gérante est super attentive et à l’écoute. Protection assurée .
