The check-in process was a nightmare, taking over an hour to complete. Despite our request, the staff refused to provide us with two room keys, citing an unreasonable policy. This is unheard of in any reputable hotel. The bathroom was filthy, as evident from the attached photos. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority for this hotel. Furthermore, something as basic as Wi-Fi took them an hour to provide, and even then, the code they gave us didn't work. Front desk executive Amar Kant exhibited the worst behavior. When we asked for the manager's contact information to address these issues, he outright refused. This level of service is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of customer care. I would strongly advise against staying at Saura Hotel. There are far better options in Agra that offer clean facilities and respectful, efficient service.
