We took a one night overnight stay to the floating Keereewarin resort and WOW! The beautiful location makes up for the basic accommodation but the staff and tour guides are brilliant. Dont come here expecting 5 star luxury! You are on a floating resort made from plastic drums and wooden walkways but the staff go a long way to make your experience a happy one. Meals are included . Buffet style food with a small but very tasty choice. Each room has its own balcony to swim from and toilet/shower. It’s definitely worth taking the morning sunrise trip to nearby bays to watch the wildlife. Optional trekking trips leave the resort in the evenings.

Mildly uncomfortable rooms with wooden support for the mattress that is designed to bark your shins, tiny bathrooms and constant smells. The walkways need to be navigated with great care to avoid falling into gaps, especially after dark. Most people seem to visit for only one night so there is a constant turnover of visitors. For this some leeway must be given with the need to refresh rooms daily. The food was average at best with quite a poor breakfast and haphazard availability of crockery, glasses, cutlery etc. The saving grace is the wonderful position and extraordinary scenery, which just about makes it worth a visit.

abbiamo prenotato direttamente per stare 2 notti. le nostre sistemazioni al piano terreno in bungalow erano pulite e le cene servite al tavolo ( no buffet come per i gruppi più numerosi ). Ci sono anche sistemazioni al piano superiore che è meglio non prendere ! Il transfer dal pier dura solo mezz'ora di barca. E' compreso nel costo del bungalow come alcune gite in barca .
