Wonderful staff, very attentive and proactive.
Our parents stayed there as well and we all had a great night sleep.
We specially liked the taxi booking system they had in which you push a button in reception and they tell you the taxi number and at what time is is going to arrive.
They could include the opening hours in their menu as we didn’t know at what time they closed. There is no phone in your room so you have to go downstairs to order the food for it to be delivered to your room (and presumably pay there as well)
The kiosk check-in wasn’t working so we had to wait for a person to arrive.
The drop your card system for checkouts is great!

The stay overall was good. He had a very lovely and quiet room overlooking the Oxford canal in Banbury.
The hotel is perfectly well located right next Castle Quay (main shopping centre in Banbury City Centre)
There is an arcade right in front of the hotel with cinemas, restaurants, bowling, gaming meters away from the hotel.
I would say the location is just great.
As for the staff. They were NOT great. I believe they lack of proper training to receive, register and welcome guests.

非常不推薦，酒店默認的網絡速度非常慢，必須買5磅每天的快速網絡才能用；收走了我自帶的毛巾，僅告知衞生打掃是外包第三方的無法幫助尋找，另外我告知前台需要提前一天退房，最終不給退費。非常糟糕的一次體驗！

I have stayed in quite a few Premier Inns but I must say this one at Banbury is the best I've stayed in. I had a Premier Plus room which for one night I didn't really need but I wasn't complaining it was brilliant. The restaurant was 1st class both for the evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very attentive and helpful

Excellent stay First class staff Very clean room The food is of a very good standard. The service in the restaurant is quick and the staff service is very polite. The room was up to it's usual high standards. Car parking was very good. Easy access to Banbury and M40 Keep up the good work

Our car developed a fault on the motorway and we had to pull in to the Premier Inn off the M40. My husband and I are in our 70s and we were very stressed as we’re on our way to Cheshire and it was late on a Friday afternoon. Paul the manager was so kind and helpful to us and said that we could stay there the night et cetera ; as it happened after two hours we were able to get on our way, but I would just like to put on record my thanks to a very kind caring man.

Smart, new-looking building, plenty of free carparking, restaurant inside rather than in a separate setting. The experience of staying here was just as good as I have found in other Premier Inns. They emphasise things that really matter and get them right consistently. So, the claim you can get a guaranteed night's sleep is justified because the rooms are quiet and well-insulated, temperature controls are reliable, beds are comfortable, pillow choice is excellent. Bathrooms are simple yet spotless and with effective showers. Wi fi works well. Continental breakfast must be one of the best and best value anywhere. Most staff give cheerful and helpful service. If booked early, very competitive rates available.

Just arrived home after a 3 night stay at this hotel. We have stayed here many times in the past and been very impressed and this time was even better. The current staff are excellent, we received a very friendly welcome and the service we received throughout our stay was superb. Stayed in a Premier Plus room which was lovely and quiet, ate in the restaurant on two nights and the food was very good. Special thanks to Stuart, Emma, Aleksandra and Molly for making our stay so enjoyable.
