Lotus Seaview Beach Resort, Pengerang recensioner

Mest någonsin värsta rummet jag stannade. Detta är andra gången vi bokade Lotus resort. Tidigare bodde vi på Lotus beach reasort på Desaru. Vi är imponerade av loftenheter och bekvämligheter. Så den här gången bestämde vi oss för att stanna en annan Lotus Resort på Pengerang. Vi har bokat 2 rum Standard King för 2 dagar som hävdar att det är nära stranden. En är för oss på 106. En annans rum kommer att vara 108 för mina svärföräldrar. Vi hittade stora röda myror över rum 106 på skrivbordet, golvet och toaletten. Gör klagomål till indisk receptionist två gånger. En tekniker kom för att inspektera, spraya anti-myr och trodde på vad vi hade klagat. Den indiska receptionisten tillät oss bara att byta rum till 152, vilket är superlångt från mina svärföräldrars rum 108. Påstår att endast rum är tillgängligt för standard King. Mina svärföräldrar rum 108 är värre än oss. De hittade en brunch med daggmaskar i toalettskålen efter att ha spolats. Klagomål till receptionisten om problem. Samma sak som teknikern kom för att lösa var problemet. Vi är besvikna för vad vi betalade. Inte valuta för pengarna att bo där. Vi föredrar Lotus Beach Resort Bandar Penawar vid Desaru.

A less popular beach but love the hotel and the services. Thank you. We enjoyed the 2 nights here. Staff at the reception and restaurant were great. And the beach is a fun place for the kids.

Overall good, clean and relax environment, private beach , hotel buggy provided , the staffs there are friendly just like Balik kampung feel 😁 is recommended

Nearby resort have nothing to do, only can swim or go for a beach walk. Swimming pool was small. No toothbrush in the room, need to request. Good for those who really wanted to relax and do nothing.

The hotel has a beach. But the best was the view from my room. Absoloutely beautiful. Amenties and favilities were ok. But some not that well maintained. Buggy service was good.

The overall environment is nice. Hotel staffs are polite and warm, the bed in the room is very comfortable. The breakfast options are diverse. We booked the hotel's barbecue package and enjoyed a barbecue dinner with a large group of friends in the gentle evening breeze.....

We meant to book the Lotus Desaru Resort but because the names are very confusing, I ended up booking this resort. It is extremely far from everything, no grab coverage at all. If you do not drive or travel with young kids, this is absolutely not a resort for you as they have literally nothing here other than a small pool. Food wise, during Ramadan, there aren't many people and therefore there are many food selections either. We tried to order food via Grab, but no drivers available to pickup orders. If you book car from hotel, the costs are not low. They did take us to the Lotus Desaru water park for free once which is complementable but again, it does not meet our expectations. Generally speaking, it is a quiet remote resort without anything exciting.

We had a pleasant stay at Lotus Seaview Beach Resort. Our room was clean, well-maintained, and faced the swimming pool, which made for a relaxing view. The resort’s location is very convenient, with many eateries nearby, making it easy to find good food.

Fun place for organising activities....place clean & the staff are very accommodating.....thks Cindy for making our day.
