Good: you can fill up the google form on their official hotel website to request for the complimentary airport transfer to hotel. When you check in, you can also pre-arrange the complimentary airport transfer to the airport. Not so good: They prioritise their airport transfer first, only if they do not have airport transfer, then they will allow you to book the free shuttle to the city attractions. Therefore, please do not rely so much on the free shuttle. You may want to download Dart App before Arrival into Brunei. Dart is Brunei Car Hiring App like Uber or Grab. Dart only accept cash payment.

Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well.

The shuttle service was excellent. However, the room was not cleaned when I arrived. Although I had booked the airport shuttle the day before, it was forgotten. There are cats. I saw monkeys in the morning. Please consider breakfast as a way to recharge your energy for the day.

Good price for traveler which need transfer , rooms are old but clean . Very happy with the pickup and drop off service .

Excellent stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was wholesome and there was a good variety of food. The room was clean and had all the amenities that was needed for the trip.

This property is perfectly located in central Bandar Seri, Brunei capital. Good staff service with free shuttle bus from airport ( they will arrange according to your flight time ) Breakfast is included in the price and is quite complete. No facilities like gym or pool. Overall good experience but expensive for what it is. Good choice for a short stay in Brunei thanks to its location.

Hotel is very near to attractions such as SOAS mosque and Yayasan. The room was clean and hotel staff were friendly. We stayed for two nights, and breakfast for two was included in our stay. Quite a variety of food was available. Will stay in this hotel again for our next visit.

The hotel is closed to subway station. It's a normal hotel with no surprises.

Almost perfect - cleanliness of room cannot be faulted, though you have to turn on the electronic 'Make my room' light before housekeeping would make up the room. Water was provided in the common area for you to refill your bottles (we stan a green hotel). Hotel is also walking distance to the SOAS Mosque, BSB waterfront, and the Hua Ho department store (which has a big supermarket and a decent food court at its basement). Hotel also provided shuttle service for free from and to the airport - contact the hotel before your arrival to BSB to arrange - and free shuttle to various tourist spots in BSB though please note that these have to be arranged in advance as there are limited vans and drivers. If other guests have beat you to it, you either conform to their departure time and itinerary or arrange your own transport. Again, advance planning would be key. Breakfast provided was decent, though a little carbon heavy with the only protein offered being eggs (cooked a la minute in style of your choice). Would recommend taking breakfast as there aren't decent options around unless you make the 15 min walk to the city centre. All in all, a good stay. Could have been better if they arranged the shuttle service on a fixed schedule and route so it doesn't become a matter of who pulls the trigger first.

The hotel is located close to the city centre, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. There is a free airport transfer and also a shuttle to the sights of the city - all on request. We had the family room, which was very spacious. Unfortunately, it is very dated and does not meet western standards. Our room was not cleaned once in four days and we had to pay extra for fresh towels - this is unacceptable. The breakfast is very rudimentary, there are the most necessary things, nothing more - like in a youth hostel. Durian is - as usual - forbidden in the hotel. Two metres from the outside entrance, however, the staff sit and eat them. This is very unprofessional. Overall, you realise that tourism does not play a major role in Brunei. Even if the staff try hard to help in many places, they are for the most part very unprofessional and do not meet modern standards. You shouldn't expect too much, then it can be a satisfying stay.

The hotel location is strategic. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Airport transfer, and shuttle van to the strategic location is the most satisfied service that this hotel provided.

Professional service and good information provided for travelers. Free taxi provided to main sights around town and a decent breakfast.
